The boxing experience is fine. But the canceling procedure/customer service is a whole mess. I had to email them two months in advance to get the membership cancelled. It just does not make any sense. And they stopped replying to my emails to inquiry about canceling.

Love the brand of the place and energy from the coach during class. It's very similar to Rumble but not quite there yet - I felt the class wasn't as challenging and it was a bit hard to follow. They don't have examples of the workout on the screen like Rumble so sometimes I got lost during the workout (even though the coach showed the example in the beginning). I also found it odd that they separate the screen into 3 sections by showing combos. And its the same damn combo for 2 rounds... like pls show something more and let each combo take up the screen so I can see more.Overall, the energy and playlist is bumpin but idk if this is something I'd come back to. Rumble is far better in comparison imo.

BASH boxing is unlike any other group fitness experience. I started going there in early 2022. They are community focused and you’ll feel it in every single class. They have different workouts, formats every single day so you’re always in for something new and always challenged to grow. The studios are always clean and staff is always welcoming. I highly recommend going.

That's all I need to say. No parking, chaos getting set up. Rude desk people. Just a mess! They need to offer a lot more communication.

Super judgmental front desk staffs, and the workout itself isn't that effective as I didn't even sweat at my normal level. I won't come back at all. Period.

I moved into the area a year ago and was determined to explore the area and sign up for some classes so I can make some new friends in the area. I signed up for bash boxing and urban boxing but ended up sticking with bash because it's just so much more superior. The community, the lights and music booming to get you pumped throughout your workout, the energizing coaches, and the nice mix of boxing and hiit workouts are all reasons I stuck with bash. Met some great people here, some of which now make up my new friend group. Thanks, bash for making me feel welcomed and at home in the area! ?

Love attending their boxing classes! Ive been going for over a year and the classes are always a good workout, and they always vary up the exercises to keep it interesting. The people who work there are super nice and engaging and have kept me coming back!

I visited BASH Boxing for the first time this past Saturday and all I can say is WOW. I had an incredible workout with Coach Jonathan and, most importantly, I had a lot of fun! The class was about 45 minutes long and half of the time was spent on the bags while the other half was spent doing floor exercises. The floor exercises were mostly strength and core based and were more about precision and accuracy over speed. The coach demonstrated everything before we began each set (for both the bags and floor side) and it was also illuminated onto the wall in case you forgot. The class was PACKED and as a first timer I was a little intimidated, but overall I had a great time and was able to pick up on most things pretty quickly. Because it was my first time the coach did take us into the room a few minutes early for a tour and a general description of what to expect which was awesome and did really help! Again the workout was awesome. Both high energy and fun and if you're unsure I definitely recommend giving them a try.Now taking a step back (LOL) - I do also want to acknowledge how welcoming the staff was from the moment I arrived. Kelsey was awesome and made the check-in process smooth while easing some of my concerns. Since I was visiting with a friend who is a member everything was mostly handled before class. I just had to grab wraps and gloves and luckily Kelsey was able to get my friend and I on stations nearby each other. As we headed to the lockers that's when I met Coach Jonathan and he was also very welcoming and kind. As I mentioned earlier he even took all the newbies through the studio before class started and was great about checking in during class and giving shoutouts (by name!).The last thing I wanted to mention was the community! A few minutes before class the lobby was packed but everyone was socializing with one another and there seemed to be some genuine relationships that have been built! That's important to me when considering a gym and I think it's great that BASH has built a strong and inclusive community.Looking forward to coming back again in the future!! The memberships were a little pricey, but they do have some great specials you can purchase after your first class.

After coming to Bash over the summer and fall seasons, I feel it was only right to update my first review. Much of it still stands (I never got used to the number system). Although I very much enjoy the workouts, I'm still leaving only 3 stars and it's mainly due to client communications.I had to cancel a registered session one day, and even though I had willingly agreed to pay the $15 fee, the lady on the phone was very curt and kept trying to talk me into coming in.The final straw was when I got a text from Kelsey asking me if I had found another gym. It was very odd since 1) I never mentioned anything about looking for a new gym, especially not to anyone at Bash, and 2) I already had a gym membership at OneLife Fitness (unaffiliated with Bash). I didn't understand where the prying question came from until I returned to my original Yelp review, which they had obviously read and wanted to know if I had found my "better option." Instead of referencing my review, they made it sound like I told them directly. No, I didn't find a better option (unless Rumble opens up down the street or a Mayweather Boxing comes along to Ballston), but I haven't returned to Bash since my last package ran out. If I do return, here are the coaches I recommend: Dre, Monica, Jonathan, and Nicky.

I started going to bash back in 2020 right before the pandemic, I cannot say how much I missed this place when the shutdown happened. I recently started going again and I was instantly reminded why I loved the workout in the first place. The energy, coaches, cleanliness, and workout is top tier!

I'm pretty new to boxing and to BASH, but tried a class as a guest and loved it, and signed up for a package. It's a fitness boxing style with a combination of bag work and HIIT/strength training on the floor. I love that the classes make me feel strong and as a woman, love the self defense aspect as well. 6 classes later and I've left each one feeling a little stronger and proud for making the investment in myself!

Truly one of the *best* places I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I’d never even put on boxing gloves before, but finally gave it a shot. I immediately discovered that BASH is a family that wants to help you succeed and be healthy. A class, for me, is honestly just having a good time!

Bash is an amazing workout coached by a group of dedicated and motivating coaches. They have created a family atmosphere that pushes to get better each day.
