Parking is affordable and easy to access. Love the location and amenities/places to go in the Quarter.
However was at an event in the Quarter, it ended around 9p and unbeknownst to us the bathroom throughout the entire place were locked and closed.
There were about 30 ppl tending this. We were told by the resteraunts inside to use Bartaco or the Ramen place since they are still open. With One location did not have "public" restrooms.
If your location businesses are open or even accessible your facilities should be as well. Shouldn't matter date or time.

This shopping center is located in the heart of the downtown area. It offers a pleasant and well-maintained environment with various dining options and eateries. However, there are many vacant spots in the building. Macy's used to be located here but is no longer present. The building also includes a spacious fitness gym and other retail establishments. On weekends, the area becomes lively due to restaurants and bars.

To Mall Management,
I have been visiting this mall for years, but the recent aggressive enforcement of a $1 parking fee (for 3 hours) is the stupidest thing to scare away customers to the mall, besides destroying the otherwise enjoyable mall shopping / retail experience. You should fire the parking vendor for aggressively ticketing vehicles unnecessarily (15 minutes after they arrive and if not prepaid the parking already - insane parking policy and enforcement for a shopping mall). FYI - better malls nearby provide free parking for 1-2 hours and almost never enforce parking longer than 2 hours for the minimum few dollars parking fee that will scare away customers who are spending tens and hundreds of dollars at the mall and retail stores. Stupidity at its best!

Dear owners of the Ballston Quarter. It is a pleasure. I like your place very much. Well, I would like to let you know that on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at around four in the afternoon, a black man arrived at the place where my friend was charging his phone while eating while I was in the bathroom. The aforementioned subject, who has no way or training, told my friend to leave and clean the table in the same way he picks up the trash. Since when does a security man tell a customer such an order? That is not his job, that is why there is cleaning staff. Personnel like that should not work in a shopping mall. The parking ramp behind the mall has a wonky parking app. I've been here a couple of times and haven't been able to get it to work. There is a "parking kiosk" alternative to pay for parking, but given the 25 people waiting in line ahead of me I assume they too had trouble with the app. Last time I got a $10 ticket for not pay for parking because I didn't have time to wait in line to pay for my parking. I won't be going back.
