It was my first time shopping at Aveda (Pentagon City mall); I have been receiving customer service shopping other brands, but no one like Ileen was so patient with me and carefully listened to my concerns. She took the time to ask me questions as what I changes in my hair I expect to see and explain different products. She spent a lot of time with me, and supported me in the decision I made to purchase the products I chose. I most definitely return; I already enjoy using Aveda's products. I highly recommend Aveda, and if you visit Pentagon City mall location, I highly recommend working with Ileen.

Shout out to rep Cedric! Not only was he very patient and kind, but extremely knowledgeable of the products that I had more than several questions about. His service was above and beyond! Thank you so much for all of your help, I am a HUGE FAN of the brand 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend!!

Love the products and service at this store. Trying a different product line this time around. Hopefully it works well with curls and coils. The smell is light and airy. The paddle brush is a bit of a splurge but I wanted to try something nee. The scrunches were a free gift with the purchase. The colors a great and they seem to be sturdy and easy on the hair. They won’t pull your hair out!

Wow! I had taken a bit of a hiatus from Aveda for a while when I didn't live near a store, but damn did I miss the service there. Ashli was amazing!! I had almost too many questions about products, and she quickly had an answer, and showed me some of the newer products which I quickly bought. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I were in the store tonight and made a purchase and went on about our way shopping. We left the mall and headed back home to Richmond, VA and half way there I realized I left my Aveda bag with my products in the Invicta store. I took a chance and called the Aveda store and asked if they would be able to send it to me, since they ship products. I was super happy that, Jocelyn, was so kind to go to the Invicta store and get my bag to ship my products! Thank you Jocelyn!
