First of all, over the past 6+ years I’ve had excellent service and support from Audi Arlington. Now, just taking possession of my 3rd Audi, I want to specifically commend the work of Sales Agent Asare Larbi. He provided good advice as I considered what model to get, the option of going electric (I did), what that change involved, and then the superior follow up Mr. Larbi provided after I had the car. This extended to giving me time on a second day for more in depth learning about the details of this EV, and an open invitation to drop by the dealership any time I had a question. Audi Arlington has a superb representative in Mr. Larbi and I have no doubt his career with the company will prosper.

Bought a 2024 Audi Q5 last week. Lucked into buying the dealer's loaner car, which meant I got basically a new car at a real good deal. Worked with Esther and Warren. Esther re-affirmed my thinking -- that I was getting a real good deal. While she's clearly a pro salesperson, she allowed me to feel real comfortable buying a car, which has not always been my experience. Warren's knowledge of the car's technologies and his calm demeaner was very helpful and reassuring. I had a followup ask which Esther handled very professionally and left me feeling quite good about my purchase.

Service advisor, Mamadou, was professional and very helpful. Great communication re: when the car would be serviced, what the problem was, and when it would be ready for pick up. Being able to pay remotely via a link made picking up the car a breeze!

Go to another Audi, the service doesn’t match the price tag! I love my car & I hate the customer experience I’ve received afterwards. I was told that I would have free unlimited charging up to a year… it ended after 150 kwh
