Inside the Pentagon City Mall, American Eagle Outfitters is a larger store than others. When you walk in, the left is men's clothes and the right is women's clothes. I picked up two pairs of jeans for $100 total. Compared to other stores like J Crew and Banana Republic, the jeans are more affordable here.

I didn’t get anyone’s name but everyone was helpful and polite. Lately it’s hit or miss in retail/ customer service so this was nice.

Limited choice of clothing options compared to some other locations but staff is quite helpful and compensates with their assistance
