They are friendly people and know about taxes. Unfortunately the service has deteriorated. They have a lot of work and take a long time to respond, and they are also not transparent when you call to ask for information about prices.

Overpriced!!!! Stay away. At least you will pay $165 for a refund costs $50.

My daughter went there to fill her taxes (2021), IRS has no records of it. So, her refund is not processed. This store is a scam!!! Don’t go and make your taxes with them!!! They don’t check any information and let you do it by yourself. Afterwards and call IRS, my daughter find out that they put a wrong SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!!! HOW??? Ah!!! But they charged 200 dlls to do this mistake.

I am so thankful for Amadita's it's tax service!!!! Even though I barley speak Spanish they have two people in the office that do speak English. They helped me and I mean by a lot especially during covid. My mom is an er physician and I'm a medical assistant and we were quarantined since she has been back which is 3 days now. They helped me by doing everything over the phone. I went last year for my taxes which was referred to me by my friend and from now on I will keep going to them. The customer service is on point and I couldn't ask for a better tax service. They are the tax people to go to and I will keep using them. Thank you Amadita's you guys are amazing!!!!!

They are awesome my parents have been going there now for there third year. They are organized and professional. We use to go to Orlando Tax in falls Church a complete mess there, but you can really see how oranized and upfront they are here. Btw I do business taxes and personal here.

I have had my taxes done by Amadita and her staff for over 20 years. Before I became a customer, my parents and uncles were customers. They are very knowledgeable, have flexible hours, great location and very friendly. They take their time to go over everything with you so you really understand what is going on throughout the process. This is a family run business and all the mebers of the family who work there as well as the others are amazing people. The individual offices for each of the preparers gives you much needed privacy while duscussing your finances. Highly recommend.

If you could learn how to do this on your own, or ask around if any family or friends know of any other place, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and avoid going to this place. Where they will gouge you for your hard earned money, this place is unethical in the way they price you will quote your for one price and once your taxes are ready will tell you, you owe more the people working there will give you attitude if you let them know they are lying. This place takes advantage that they cater to the Latino community and take advantage of these poor people who sometime don't know any better. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD AND AVOID COMING TO THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS (AND IT WILL COST YOU A LOT!!) Si pueden aprender cí³mo hacerlo por tu cuenta, o preguntarte si algíºn familiar o amigo conoce otro lugar, POR FAVOR GUARDEN SU DINERO y evite ir a este lugar. Donde te desgarrarán por el dinero que ganaste con tanto esfuerzo, este lugar no es ético en la forma en que cotizan, cotizan por un precio y una vez que tus impuestos estén listos te dirá que debes más, las personas a cargo tienen actitud si les haces saber que estan cobrando mas del precio inicial. Este lugar aprovecha que atienden a la comunidad latina y se aprovechan de estas personas que a veces no conocen nada mejor. POR FAVOR, DEJENLE SABER A LOS DEMAS Y EVITEN VENIR A ESTE LUGAR POR QUE LES COSTARA MUCHO DINERO!!!!
