I was in a jam, and needed shoes to an event. Marcus went above and beyond to help me. Excellent product, excellent service, and excellent result. A store is no better than its employees, and this store was fantastic.

Really bad customer service! Staff were laughing and chilling over the counter while many customers were waiting get the sizes of shoes they wanted. Wasted like 20 minutes just to try out a pair of shoes ?
