I just want to take a moment to give a shoutout review to Mr. Brooke at Alamo rentals at Ronald Regan Airport. He assisted me and my friend with our rental checkout and he was very kind, courteous, and helpful. I hope all other staff can look to him as an example of how excellent customer service is done.

Upon returning my vehicle, Chuck did my intake and was polite and courteous. Chuck also took the time to ask how my stay was in Washington, DC. I rent cars all the time and employees like Chuck will keep me taking my business to Alamo.

Picked up a rental mid-size sedan rental at the Philadelphia International Airport. I reserved a smaller sized vehicle, but I asked to be upgraded to a full-size when I saw that there were two Toyota Camry available. My dropped off location was here at DCA. The car on pickup was clean. I try to make a habit of taking pictures or video of the car upon drop-off, especially since at DCA and other airports there is no attendant that sees the car immediately as you drop it off especially at late or early hours.

Excellent car rental experience overall. No line at pickup, quick and easy drop off, car itself was in great shape with one exception: no wiper fluid for front windshield.

Got to DC two hours late due to weather. I was told that their policy is to wait two hours after the scheduled flight comes in by more than three customer service agents. We landed at 1230am, which means they should there until 230 am. I got to the desk at 1245 Ave it wasn't a soul in sight. I called the customer service number, and the had me going outside to the service area and outside office, ensuring that they would be in one of those places. After thirty minutes of playing hide and seek, they came to the conclusion that their employees had left the building. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer. As of totally ruined my plans for the Christmas holiday!

I reserved a one way rental for a midsize SUV to pick up at Union Station in Washington DC. I arrived about 90 minutes past my pick up time, and they had given away my car. What's the point of a reservation! They did offer me a pick up truck instead but being I had a 9 Hour Drive and have never driven a pick up truck that was not acceptable. The person at the counter didn't seem to care and offered no other help.I then called Alamo customer service, explained the situation, and they were able to reserve a car for me at Ronald Reagan airport. when I got to the airport, both the counter person, Zach and the agent helping me with the car Isaiah, we're absolutely wonderful. Their customer service skills should be commended. Too bad the union station person didn't have the same training.

Nothing less than FIVE STAR treatment. I was traveling with two car seats, stroller and three children and not to mention wheelchair assistance ?. Torrence and Robin were on it. I called from the train and he heard the stress in my voice and moved into action and met me in the rain to assist me . He made sure I was well pleased with the vehicle and gave me the reassurance that his team would be there to assist me when I return. They were and this is the best form of leadership and customer service at its best. Robin called and followed up with an emailed to make sure if I needed anything she was there to assist. From the manager all the way to the parking attendant who drove and dropped us off at the curb ask were very polite, professional and concern with my needs. This manner of service was sincere and very much appreciated. This Reagan DC rental department did an amazing, excellent and attentive service to customers that they should be the model for all. Forever grateful and thankful for your service to me and my family. MIB ❤️?

Alamo was very fast, convenient and affordable... I will be using them in the future for sure. Car was nice and clean with no issues... Customer service was top notch and I was able to be in and out on pick up and drop off in a blink of an eye!

The service I received at Alamo was efficient, fast and professional. Despite it being the holidays. The daily rate was affordable and the process to pick up and drop off my rental was easy and convenient! I will definitely be returning.

Reserved a "Toyota Corolla or similar" online for a day trip, but they accidentally gave me an electric vehicle that could only charge overnight. I say "accidentally" because they told me to fill the gas tank up multiple times and never mentioned it was an EV. I went to get more gas about 2.5 hours away from the pickup location only to find out it was an EV. I spent the rest of the day (~6 hours) charging the car enough to just reach the nearest location (Dulles Airport), and returned it there. Alamo employees there and on the phone said that I would be able to get a full refund for my experience, but that it would need to be processed later by the pickup location. I left there and was charged the full amount, plus extra for returning at a different location. I had to spend a month calling Alamo every few days to get a full refund back (they tried to just refund me for the different drop-off location first). It was the biggest headache, and Alamo has a terrible system for customer service financials. No one could call the staff at DCA (where I picked up), they seemed only to be able to email/message them internally.

Pick up and return of vehicle was quick and all employees that I encountered were professional and courteous.Return Lane Agent - Jeremy Henderson expeditiously provided rental return information and also provided a quick and easy return.Keep up the good work!!!
