The service was swift and very helpful, that’s something I definitely appreciate. I would’ve preferred to select my own luxury rental. They had such a big selection. I was given the Genesis G70. It rides smooth, but it’s not the type of vehicle I would purchase. But other than that, a wonderful place to rent from.

The waiting at DCA airport to pick up the car was very short and efficient. The car was clean and ready to go. Returning the car was also very efficient and fast.

Excellent customer service and a friendly clerk, I went to the Alamo car rental at Ronal Reagan Airport (DCA). The check in and out process was quick and easy and the car was also clean. Thanks for the excellent service.

We picked up our car at the main station… So unfriendly and complicated. The car was very dirty. We booked a SUV and got a Minivan. Alomo can‘t comunicate with the other locations. We will never rent a car with Alomo again, I would not recommend it. Very disapointed.

Excellent customer service! Didn't have to wait in line, friendly rep, was given a free upgrade, picked up the car within two minutes. Can't ask for more.
