The team arrived within the time given and they went right to work. They were very nice and polite! The crew worked together very well and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. They were done faster than I expected! Thank you for a job well done! Kudos!

Unfortunately, AJ Moving arrived at 10:30 am when my arrival time was scheduled for between 8 am and 9 am. Apart from this lateness being unprofessional, it was also a big problem because I was moving out of one apartment building into another and only had loading docks reserved for specific amounts of time. Mike in the office called and told me the movers were stuck in traffic, but when the movers arrived, they told me that there was no traffic. So I assumed they were just running late, even though it was their first move on Monday morning. Then, when I called to complain, Mike told me he would send footage of the traffic they were stuck in, which he never did. It's unfortunate that I have to leave such a bad review because they did a good job on the actual moving of my furniture. However, being over 90 minutes late with very little apology or any partial refund is very poor customer service. I would not recommend using them.

My brother hired this company to move him from Essex Md to Edgemere Md. There were two men. I wish I knew their names. I am a 58 year old women and I can honestly say I have never see anyone work so hard and so fast in my life! They were extremely polite and professional! I would highly recommend these two gentlemen! The move took place on 8/3/2020. If you two are reading this, thank you so much, you two are amazing!

Do not use for moving! I used them last year. Just horrible. Did they arrive on time? No. And of course this is a concern because most building (including mine) only give you a limited time with the loading dock. They said there were no hidden fees. Guess what? There were hidden fees. I told them to bring a lot of clothing boxes (I hired them to do the move and pack), they didn't bring nearly enough so their workers just through my work suits on the bottom of boxes. Had to get them all dry cleaned again. In my view, they were also negligent in packing a glass bowl (they put a bunch of heavy things on top of it) -- what happened? Obviously it broke. Some things they packed properly, but they clearly got sick of it at times, and so other framed items they didn't pack properly. I had to get photos framed in custom frames re-done. When I complained about these things, I had to message repeatedly to get any response, and then it was basically, "tough." Do not use these movers.
