the receptionist was so rude on the phone, regardless if the doctor is wonderful however it's also very important to feel welcomed and comfortable.

I recently sprained my knee which was painful especially due to the swelling. Not only was Dr Zeigler able to see me asap, his care exceeded my expectations. Not only am I doing so much better in less than 2 weeks, his care and advice has truly made the difference in healing and getting back to my daily activities! I highly recommend Dr. Z and his holistic approach!

Update: the practice is still open and giving the same high-quality care as always. They are taking COVID precautions and the whole experience feels very safe. Highly recommended! Dr. Ziegler is absolutely the best.

When I started experiencing severe lower back pain Dr. Ziegler took such good care of me. I was diagnosed with 2 bulging discs and he provided a wide variety of care from acupuncture to sonogram therapy to adjustments to get me back to normal. Most importantly he listened to me and reassured me when things took longer than I was hoping (I’m a give me an easy fix person) reminding me of where we started, not being able to sit, bend etc. and how far we’ve come! That really mattered to me and I was 98% better in just a little over a month! This place is also a great option for those who want a little something different than traditional chiropractic care.

The Doctors, the reception staff, and the integrative concept make Advanced Health the best place for integrative and chiropractic care. They have been very attentive to my needs over the last several visits and made me feel welcome even with a pandemic gripping our country. I have seen Dr. Shafai for decades and always thought she was great with patient care but I realized recently during the pandemic how truly horrible she has always been with follow up. If you are in her office in person she's great. However she always forgets to send in RX's and is horrible if you ever need paperwork from her.

Dr Shafai is extremely thorough and approachable. I appreciate her attention to diet and lifestyle recommendations as well as medications and traditional lab tests. She treats my hypothyroid and PCOS. She is knowledgeable in functional medicine tests and approaches as well. Ok

Absolutely terrible customer service. The front desk people pretend you aren't there, they will bring you in and let you pay for an appointment that you didn't need. Never going back. Go to a place with better atmosphere and technology.

After seeing three neurologists and a doctor of internal medicine, as well as my personal physician, I was diagnosed with two herniated disks. Surgery was not recommended and after I under went two epidural steroid injections treatments, I was told there was nothing that could be done. Fortunately, after several back specialists, I found Dr. Louis J. Ziegler, D.C., FIAMA who has been treating me for over two years for the pain in my back and legs. He has virtually eliminate my back pain and has relieved the pain in my legs. Dr. Ziegler's method of conditioning the
back vertebrae prior to treatment along with the help of his professional staff has helped relieve the constant pain. Also, Dr. Ziegler was one of the few physicians that could actually read and explain to me what was going on with my MRI (as required for epidural steroid injection treatment).

To make this short and concise-our visit to this location was extremely unsatisfying. While we were waiting to be called, my 2 years old son was playing with items on the shelf in the waiting room and a few things unfortunately dropped, however we put them back together. Shortly one of the doctors and the person behind the counter started looking around the same area pretending to be looking for an item that is missing. And once the doctor called our name to follow her to the room, my son brought one of the toys that was in the office into the room and the doctor asked us Immediately before even introducing herself that if this toy was one of ours that we brought in. But my real complaint is about the lack of knowledge to the extend that even remembering the correct medical terms as well as not being able suggest any other alternative solutions in medication and being very persistent . On the same day my son had an accident at the playground and hurt the corner of his eye and caused a slight bleeding on the corner of his eye ( the out side of the eye). The doctor noticed that and we let her know of the story - but when I asked that if she could just look at him for a second just to make sure there is nothing that we should be worried about until we go to his doctor, she simply at first refused then suggested to look at him briefly and at the end never mind and cared any way. In conclusion this was the wast of our time and money to spent with so called pretentious doctor.
