I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this storage company. Despite moving out of my storage unit on February 17th, 2024, and notifying the staff both in person and over the phone, I am still being charged for an empty unit. My assistant came in to request a refund, and we were assured that the unit was canceled and we would not be billed further. However, my account continues to be charged, which is not only unethical but also fraudulent.
I have been a long-time customer and have invested a significant amount of money in this storage unit. The lack of understanding and proper handling of this situation is completely unjust. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would caution others.

I've been storing my belongings at AAAA in Shirlington, VA for years. The place is immaculate. There is always a trolley available. Joe manages the facility very well and is also a very nice guy. Two thumbs up ?!

Great customer service! I can tell that the manager and assistant manager care a lot about their business and their customers. Would definitely recommend AAAA Self-Storage for those that live in Shirlington.

We had a storage locker at AAAA Self Storage and Moving for over ten years. Their service impeccable. The facility was always very clean, and staff were highly responsive when we had questions.

I had an unfortunate event at AAAA storage where I, and I blame the website being jumpy, overpaid my storage; by a year! I'd meant to pay for a month. A big thank you to Keith, Krystal, and Erma for helping me out and straightening me out. AAAA was extremely accommodating and I was sorted in no time at all. A big plus is their storage is accessible, reasonably priced and clean. I highly recommend them. Let me add too, that Joe manning the front desk was always very helpful with payments, cancellations and general good cheer.
