Just went shopping at Armani Exchange last eveving !Tried on some jeans, shoes, and t-shirts, but the jeans didn't fit well. Ended up getting a really good t-shirt though! The staff was super nice, and the store had a great vibe. Still on the hunt for the perfect pair of shoes, but I'll find them soon! Happy shopping, everyone! ?️??? #RetailTherapy #ArmaniExchange

Very Bad experience. If you are traveling, do not buy clothes from this store as you cannot return them by mail to the store. All purchases must be returned in person.

This store is so excellent. I was greeted with respect. I purchased an all white t-shirt - that's truly all I wanted. They were attentive from the beginning to the end! These salesmen were great.

If you looking for the old Armani Exchange where the customer service was ? and when you checked out your items where wrapped in paper sealed and placed in bag. This is not the Store any more....they have succumb to the stereotype giving to Fashion Centre-Pentagon City Mall...Workers and Atmosphere. Do Better AX Armani Exchange...dont just hire to hire. Especially for the amount of money customer spend for this clothing line!

My son and I frequent this store regularly. This past Saturday we went shopping to get him a few things for his upcoming 18 birthday in two weeks. I had just purchased him a sweatsuit from Hugo Boss and he wanted to grab a couple shirts from there as well. We were met by a Latino woman (which I found out is one of the lower level managers, Carmen) who didn’t speak nor address us as we entered the establishment. My son proceeded to look for the items he needed and literally every time he picked up something she would CHASE behind him to “refold” the item. So let me understand, you couldn’t speak but found it professional to FOLLOW my son and I around to fold a shirt back up. My son then asked if they had a shirt in a particular style and all she answered was no! So at that point I was done with her and made it clear that if you fold an item every time someone touched it, you’ll be folding forever. Luckily a nice young man named Eric came and assisted and helped us with everything we needed. As we approached the counter, Carmen was speaking to another associate and was overheard saying “I asked Eric for assistance and he told me, I’m with a client” snarkly!! I then said to her everything ain’t for everybody, and she walked off. I asked her name and made it clear her behavior, demeanor and professionalism was pathetic at best! I have a personal shopper in HB we spend so much money there, so to come in this lower level brand store and be treated as such is to say the least ridiculous! Armani exchange, retain your so called MANAGER in customer service and discrimination before she gets her feelings hurt more than just a Google review! I also work in Customer Service, making $105,000 with the United States Postal Service HQ and I wish one of my direct reports treated a customer this way! You’d surely be out a job!
