Props to the guy at the counter very early morning! He handled like 10 customers in a row in 3 minutes. I was getting my coffee and really needed to be on my way so I really appreciated the sense of urgency!

The clerk was very nice! My 7-11 rewards didn’t work for some reason and she patiently helped me with it and was able to use my points.

I took my kids here today for free Slurpees since it’s the company’s birthday (7/11). The kids had a blast, especially when one of the employees led everyone in singing “Happy Birthday” to 7-Eleven, it was absolutely hilarious! The store was impressively clean, and we loved seeing all the Slurpee cups lined up perfectly. Definitely a fun experience and looking forward to it again!

My experience has been the complete opposite of the last reviewer. The staff at this location have always been courteous and helpful, providing napkins and bags without issues. This store just like all the others can provide a bag when asked for it for 5 cents as mandated by the state of Virginia. It’s clear they value their repeat customers and strive to create a pleasant shopping experience. The occasional misunderstandings are minor and quickly resolved. This store is a gem in our neighborhood, and I’m grateful for their hard work and dedication.

I wanted to buy a whole pizza instead of just the slices that stores usually have on display. The cashier was incredibly friendly and offered to make a whole fresh pizza for me as I requested, which I really appreciated. This location is always very clean, especially compared to other stores in the area.

Since when did 7-Eleven start charging one dollar for a banana this guy every morning that I’ve been here is freaking rude. Can you charge me a whole dollar something for one banana.. like the dude doesn’t even speak he doesn’t say hello. He doesn’t say goodbye. He doesn’t ask you if you want it back. He doesn’t even tell you your total and this is the kind of places that we have to deal with and he’s a really be shut down because it’s just rudeness, you don’t like your job buddy give it to me because I’m American

It's a 7-11 in a small neighborhood, so clearly no one will take any of these ratings into account. There is a surly gentleman who has worked there for the last 1-2? years and normally doesn't say almost anything. Fine, I get it. The dude doesn't make even the slightest effort but whatever. This week we stopped in and the normally surly guy was outright rude and I called him on it and he was a dick for no reason. I don't know if a previous customer was an a$$hole or what, and if that happened, I'm truly sorry because no one deserves that. All I do know is we won't be back. That being said, this place has less than two stars and no one is checking Yelp before stopping here, so this is definitely a useless post, but so it goes.

This place has the rudest most belligerent cashier I've ever experienced in my life. He wont say a word to you, not even to tell you the total owed, then rudely waits for your money or card to get read, and yells at you if you ask for a receipt. My wife had the same experience, and watched him yell at other customers asking basic questions that any civilized human could answer without becoming enraged. We live in the area and will never come here again. We've had enough abuse; the cashier seems unhinged, so I advise everyone to stay away.

I came here a few times and EVERYONE who I encountered there was rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. This is ghetto central. You can't buy scratches here with a debit card as well, you need to use cash and they have an atm inside the store for you to withdraw from, but the workers there don't look like they like being there. They have an attitude.

Not very Friendly....never said hi or will there be anything else or thank you.....just oblivious to basic manners. I visiting from Minneasota and was in there 4 times.

Most of the employees are not nice, even rude. That is worst when you ask for the receipt.
