I live nearby and frequently get gas from this 7-11.Bought gas here on 10/12/2023, my car is in the shop because there was mysteriously diesel in my tank. This was the last place I bought gas from. I spent $40 to fill my tank from less than 1/4 to full. So obviously the math doesn't work with diesel at over $5/gallon....clearly I filled with regular and there is diesel in their tanks.I'm over $1000 to get my car towed and repaired...it's still not working because of this place. Final financial damage TBD...EDIT: Total as of 10/20 is now over $3200. Nobody seems to be answering the phone so I can report it.

One of many things, the bathroom never works, they always have it blocked with boxes or with things, it is closed. The other thing is they never have Money order, they don't sell Money order in this place. They say they don't sell it. When the smurys are free, it's a coincidence that the machine is damaged.

A couple of the cashiers are okay and it's not as filthy as a couple of other nearby 7 Elevens, but they are worse about managing stock, labels, prices, etc. For instance - the expired prices in the pic below that are also throughout the store...

Really shame on managers I was going 6 days per week and the manager refused me to use Coca-Cola and Perrier to mix on ice I pay for cap all the employees knows me he say some costumer they don’t pay I don’t care to manage the property as long as I pay he harassed me and neglected me I have vido camera on my body my be he gonna talk to my lawyer next week I feel bad

I’ve been a frequent customer here for around 3 years since my job is nearby. I have never seen anything disgusting as what I’ve witnessed today. The manager started yelling and berating the cashier I’ve seen working there for a few years now. She’s always been very polite and good at her job. He was very verbally abusive, and when I let him know that I felt uncomfortable with how he spoke to her, his excuse was “that’s how I talk.” Then you basically confirmed he’s an abusive person. I guess he yells at everyone and tells them that this will be their last day. Mind you, it all started because the cashier was trying to do her job, checking ID for a tabbacco transaction.There are many 7-elevens in the area, they are much nicer and clean. I will not be spending any more money on this location.

During my run I had to use the restroom and went into this business. I asked to use the restroom and was told that I had to buy something. I informed them that I was on a run and I could come back later to make a purchase and I was ignored. I am no lawyer, but I think this is illegal. Yes, there are bathrooms in the surrounding area, but it's not open at 6 am.

The air machine for tires isn’t working. There was no “Not working” sign. Check whether there’s a slit at the end of the red tube.Edit: Thanks 7-Eleven. I just submitted a fuller review which included the terrible experience I had with the supervisor on side at that time. She claimed I had paid the machine despite it having a "broken" sign - which it did not, and her employee confirmed this to her. She then wanted to give me $1.75 despite it costing $2. She claimed $1.75 was the price and that I was charged $2 solely because I paid with card. Again, I had to waste time there as she walked over there herself to confirm that she was again wrong. Very little respect for customer's basic common sense and time.
