We stopped in to get the advertised 79 cent big gulps for myself and my family. First the Dr Pepper was out so I let the two employees know and asked them to change it since they were just standing around talking. One of them looked at me and said "it's probably out." I ended up getting a different soda since the employees were too lazy to change the syrup. Then the cashier rang them up at 1.59 each, even after I scanned the 7-11 app on my phone. I asked him to fix the price and he refused, saying it was corporate's problem. I then tried to pay with my 7-11 wallet and after scanning the barcode on ky phone a few times he said it wasn't working. I told him that was the only way I had to pay because I forgot my wallet and he just stared at me. At this point I walked out. This is the WORST 7-11 I have EVER been to. Thankfully I live on the other side of the country where 7-11 employees know how to dobtheir jobs. They were also not wearing a name tag and their shirts weren't tucked in. Very unprofessional.

Nearly half of the fountain sodas didn't work properly. So I grabbed a couple of bottles from the case, and got charged more at the register than the only price displayed in the case. It would have been only $0.40 more, but that's shady. So now I'm still thirsty.

Can go there when I need a few items such as soda or bread or just some candy. A place you can grab a few things without needing to order food delivery from one of the major food stores. Fast service, friendly staff, and clean. The prices may be a tad higher than normal but you are paying for convenience. It is a convenience store after all. What else do you want?

I'm always on the road, so I usually go for a quick bite and this "seven" always have my favorites -cheesburger bite among other goodies- the condiments/toppings are back, if you are in a rush and dont wanna wait at the taco bell or Wendy's drive thrus this is the place you gotta stop, enough parking spots and handicap friendly, they've been following the healthy protocols and hand sanitizer at the door is available for costumers.

So I won on 2 scratch off's, one for a few hundred and another for one hundred. The guy would only let me cash one ticket and told me to come back in an hour. I though this was unusual and against Virginia Lottery protocal, if I won up to $600, I should be able to cash my tickets after they scan them. This guy smirked like I was a moron but I didn't get upset and I didnt come back I just went to another lottery store. However, I will probably file a complaint with the VA lottery commission. Also, the guy kept saying you won " big money" umm.. it wasnt that much money guy, he seemed more thrilled than I was.. Anywho, I will probably report. I am not sure what he was thinking but I cannot lie with a lottery ticket considering it has a unique bar code.. what a douche!!

I like coming to this 7-Eleven the most because it has a handy and conveniently located Redbox right out front. I love renting/returning a movie and be able to quickly get on my way. It's a really busy area and it isn't always easy to turn left to escape the parking lot especially with Taco Bell and Wendy's on either side. This convenience store offers all the typical things that you would expect from cold beverages to donuts, snacks and hot food like those hotdogs that spin around. I like it despite the rough edges plus if you don't like it there are four other locations in a mile radius. :)

Worst 7-Eleven in the country. Gift card purchased and not activated. They just keep your cash and tell you to call the cops. Owner/manger needs to go to jail !

This was my worst 711 experience!!! I came in forgetting my id in the car because I was in such a rush I stood in line while 3 other people were in front of me one guy with a 6 pack of beers and 2 others with snacks I witnessed a staff member wearing a scarf and glasses on not card the guy with beers so I thought you know I'll be good. Keep in mind it's 17 degrees here in VA. It's my turn so I ask for a 4 pack of mint juul pods and she refuses to give them to me because I left my id in the car. I tell her this and she gives me the most stank look and says no! So I tell her what about the person in front of me that you did not card and she says I don't care you need id
