Very bad customer service. They never give the receipt to customers unless you ask for it, particularly the Middle East lady.

I just had an experience at this 7/11 that if I could give a negative score I would. I went into this store and on the door it said $3 for 2 pizzas and and 20oz Coca Cola or Pepsi product. I pointed at the door where the deal was and the employee I have pictured rang me up for that deal. I paid for it. Grabbed my two pizzas, walked to the back and grabbed a coke out of the fridge that was 20 oz. The employee follows me out of the store where I went to sit down and enjoy my pizza. (Mind you I come here all the time) Never had an issue. He confronts me about the soda that I took and said that I wasn't supposed to take it when on the door it said word for word that I was entitled to a soda for my purchase. They insisted I was supposed to come up with the soda at first, even though I pointed to the sign and the deal, thinking it was acknowledged, and I also already paid. Maybe you should train your employees to take signs down before cussing at them and accusing them of theft. The guy then continued to insult me saying in America that is how you are supposed to pay or something, he made a racial comment under his breath something about white Americans. Then he called me mother fucker like 4 times in a row IN FRONT of other customers. He then threatened to call the police if I was to write a review. Well here you go man and here is your picture too. Trust me I don't go out of my way to write reviews, but this was just absolutely awful and I hope that nobody ever has this experience again at any 7/11. It's a shame what this world is coming to. I think this guys name is Wayheed or something. I really hope corporate looks at these reviews because as a paying customer nobody should be treated with this high amount of disrespect.

it's some bullshit I went there this morning and trying to buy some red balls and a cup of ice but they try to charge me for the soda not for the cup it's only .50$ idk why they want to charge me for the hole soda 1.29$ wtffff bro don't go to this 7-11 bro it's the worst 7-11 in town

Nayema is the rudest employee that works there. Always have been rude and nasty to all her customers. I’ve never experienced it until this day. She sold me cigarettes and then her machine wasn’t working properly to sell me donuts. She became frustrated with me and starting to yell at me with my kids there. I moved to the next register to Shah who was willing to ring me up but Nayema refused and snatched the donut and told me to get out the store. Then called the police on me. I have been coming to this store for years and bring them a lot of money. She sells everyone tobacco products and alcohol without any identification to just get them out the way. One day Nayema will sell to your kids, I have seen it with my own eyes. She has never even asked me for identification. Her excuse to the police was she knows me and she doesn’t know my name or how old I am. Don’t ever give your money to this 7eleven. There are plenty of other 7elevens in the area.

Went to the store at 2:30 am on 1/23 and was kicked out by two very rude, very loud employees who incorrectly stated that the store was closed although they greeted me when I walked in. This is a 24 hour location AND THE DOOR WAS OPEN. Why was the door open if they were “closed”?Their behavior to me was very disgusting and obnoxious and I hope someone can look into this and correct them.

This store has the wrong prices posted ... when pointed out to the cashiers, they refuse to fix the prices or sell for what signs clearly posts. They simply reply, "not my job!" Never seen a store with such incompetent rude cashiers! I'd rather drive half a mile further to the 7/11 at George Mason & Columbia Pike!

Nayema, the female behind the counter is very rude. I was over charged and went back to explained to the guy who rung me up. Remind you I never even left the parking lot and I put in my phone number for the sale price. He asked her what should he do and she started going off how I didn’t put in my “zip code”. I tried to explain that I did because, other things rung up correctly. She just kept insisting that I didn’t and was getting loud and argumentative. She refused to give me a refund for the overage even though I had the receipt. Horrible customer services.
