The middle-aged Indian man is extremely rude and racist. I would recommend franchisee or owner to really evaluate their employees in terms of how they deal with consumers.

This Red Box often has middle-aged men loitering outside the 7-eleven right in front of the Red Box. Does not appear particularly safe and I am a heavy-set male in his mid-30s who considers himself reasonably strong.

Employees are friendly. Lots of candy. Some decent beers. But buy alcohol before midnight, or they cannot sell to you. Virginia laws!

The man and woman working at the front counter (Dec 11, 2017, 7 pm) were VERY helpful when I came in with a problem. I really appreciate their help !!! PS-- I have been to that store many times-- it is always clean and the food is great.
