In most 7/11 establishments they don't serve you kindly, they just want money, they don't care about the customer, these people, the majority come from Bangladesh ??. India ?? Pakistan ?? and Arab countries that do not have education to serve the customer

The owner of this 7-Eleven houses and condones violent and aggressive beggars in front of his store that drink and do drugs while begging from honest Americans. The neighborhoods downfall is bc of the owner who lives in VA Square Towers and chooses to not prosecute beggars doing drugs and drinking in front of his store. And takes advantage of his night employees for having them deal with homeless trash hanging in the store stealing while you pay and work everyday. The owner is a coward.

Very rude staff who are quick to escalate a small issue into an argument and very slow to actually give a hoot about finding a solution. There is another 7-11 just two blocks away that actually treats their customers like people. Skip this store and go to the one on Wilson and you'll be much happier.

The worst 711 I have been too. The atm machine doesn't half work. No paper in the machine to print out a receipt .I will never go in there again

Was charged 6.49 for a half gallon of milk even though the price was listed for 3.69. The lady never even gave me my receipt.

This is a great location, they had everything I needed. Also, the people who work here are so kind, especially the young girl who works at the front she is the sweetest!

This morning I walked in grabbed a few items 2 Quake Energy drinks and a bag of gummy bears. The Quake energy has a sale of 2 For $3.50 good until 5/19/2020. The lady a register 1st tried skipping the part where you put your number in. Then when she rung me out never even applied the sale. Claiming “ sir we are not making any money, I gave you a discount “. The discount she’s claiming was giving me the gummy bears for free. The sale read 2 For $3.50 is not consider a discount when I paid $6 for a sale item that was already set at 2 For $3.50. They’re famous for skipping your point so you always pay the full amount and never apply your points to see if anything is free via the 7/11 app. It’s consistently this particular store does this. I’m done with this store I’ll drive a minute or 2 up the road for better service instead of crossing the street.
