Last night, on April 28th, I had a truly unpleasant experience at this store. The behavior of the employees at the cash register was beyond rude; it was downright disrespectful. I felt completely disregarded as a customer, and their attitude was simply unacceptable. As a result, I have decided never to return to this store, and I strongly advise everyone else to avoid it as well. It's a shame that such discourteous behavior can tarnish an otherwise potentially good shopping experience.

I had unpleasant experience at this location. The clerk was unprofessional and rude. I asked for fresh food but told me he would not make anything new and the only thing he is selling is foods in the photo. The food is definitely beyond its shelf life.

The unnecessary rudeness of the store clerk as well as the rather surely, stoic and unhelpful store manager at this particular 7 eleven location (3137 Wilson Blvd Arlington Virginia) made me lose my appetite for my purchase as well as feeling overwhelmed and judged the rest of the evening. I was overcharged for wings because of company discount that I was totally unaware of: if there's a "special" five for five without any indication including "fine print" stating that it's only for club members..should I be at fault? Clerk is also bad at basic math.I will no longer be visiting this particular location because I just paid someone to be excessively nasty towards me for no reason!

I’m disgusted … the man that works in the morning Monday thru Friday is beyond nasty .. he constantly Harasses customers . Just nasty he needs to be fired .

There is an employee at this location that is an active racist. I was falsely accused of taking from the store, while browsing for options. I was going to get sick medicine, but opted for a gatorade because it was cheaper and I needed electrolytes. The staff here are sick and should be ashamed of themselves.BLACK PEOPLE - DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Store says it's open 24 hours, but the doors are regularly locked with no one inside. It happens a few times a week and seems to have no pattern. Closed around 6 pm a few weeks ago. After midnight one night last week, and now as I'm typing this at 11 on a Monday night. No idea what the deal is, but it's a regular problem, so I won't be returning to this store.

Good location. The staff is friendly and there's always a variety of coffee. The prices of the coffee and some other items seem to be usually discounted and same deal with some nicotine products which I do not see at other areas. All around , good 7-eleven.
