Being very rude, discrimotory,and inhuman to others is what I always experienced at this location.Today was no exception,around 10:30 a customer was explaining to the owner as he said he was!!!;that his employee was refusing to help him with service;as I'm standing there observing, the clerk walks away from the register with in high pitch a tone stating she is not helping him then tells him he can leave and that she's refusing him service.The so called owner rushes out and tells the guys that he doesn't want his business along with I refuse to serve you and get out!!!!; as I'm hearing this I asked the Mgr why are you yelling at the Man and being disrespectful.The guys gose on to explain that the clerk watched and followed him through the store;then the clerk stated that she watches everyone!!!!!,as I expressed that the other employee beside him dose it to me every time I'm in the store,he starts to yell again,never listing to anyone other then himself;during this I'm trying to pay for my items but there all being hesitate in taking my money but did;after that I try to buy what the guy couldn't get and was refused service and Bared from the store!!!!

The worst 7-Eleven I have ever experienced in my life. If you want to be treated as a criminal or a thief just come here especially if you’re a different race, not trying to brag Make I make 20k a month I live across the street 500K condo I literally went there 10 First two times give them the benefit of the doubt From what I see it’s from MANAGEMENT and employees. 90% of the people that work in there they assume they’re already going to steal which is far from it I will go to blocks up to 7-Eleven give them my money Because the simple fact I tried to make an effort to show them. I want to become a regular because it’s convenient if they don’t get that after the 10th time then there’s something seriously with this staff and 7-Eleven needs to take a look at it from all The negative reviews I’m seeing a viral moment, waiting to happen same complaint over and over that I am talking about so please don’t waste your time or money for a place that doesn’t want you there Plus It’s a negative vibe from all the staff no smiling faces Just cold stairs, Unpleasant environment

please do NOT come here they will accuse you of stealing i’ve been coming to this 7/11 everyday multiple times a day for 6 months and today when i walked in to buy stuff for the SECOND TIME when i made my way to register the employee had asked what i put in my jacket i clearly showed him there was nothing there and he repeatedly said there was something i put in my jacket i then showed him again and stil was not convinced i believe the owner or manager came out to talk to me and i explained the situation she seemed to have sided with the employee and said that she has cameras and she will check them very unacceptable way to treat paying customers but apparently i am not the first they treat poorly just take a look at the reviews !

Had a horrible experience with a rude clerk, who accused me of wasting a big gulp cup, and putting ice in it, which I didn't do. I had thought about getting a big gulp but changed my mind, after pressing two of the fountain drinks. All I did was pick up a cup, but put nothing in it. Instead I got two different sodas. Upon checking out, this rude cashier kept angrily accusing me of wasting the cup by putting ice in it, and said she saw me and don't tell her I didn't. This was crazy and another cashier walked over and checked me out, and was slightly friendlier. I will never go back to this location again after being treated like this.

Bad service with the cashiers Today I went during my lunch hour to buy some sweets with a work friend. He bought a jogur after he paid for it, he opened it and told the cashier that it didn't look good and told him to go get another one and when He opened it turned out the same thing, so the coworker told him that he didn't want anything anymore and he went out and I went to pay and he wanted to charge me another jogur when he himself told him to go have another one to see if They were the same and I told him that I was not going to pay him because I was not the one who was buying jogur and he told me that because we walk in together and because he sees us talking that we work together and we walk in together in to seven 11 no it means that we are going to buy things together when I told him that if he didn't he was going to charge me for what I was buying he told me that he was not going to charge me if I didn't pay him the other jogur and when I sanded him that it's fine that he didn't charge me Why wasn't I going to pay for something that I wasn't charging and the woman who was at the other cash register told me that I was restricted from going back to the store, never in my life I had a situation that I had to pay for something I didn’t open or eaten , another person will not charge me for my things, it is a bad but bad service also I’m going to report to cooper maybe the can doing something about the horrible service the have
