I got my windsheild replaced here and it was AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Very reasonable price and fast service! The inside has good ac and is clean and the lady at the desk was super nice and so was the dude who replaced the windsheild. Overall a GREAT experience def recommend!

Very satisfied with the whole process. Appointment options were flexible and I was able to get the windshield replacement scheduled for the morning of my day off. Lowest quoted price I found. Fast, quality service. I was able to get some breakfast locally and do a little shopping at a local boutique down town while they worked; by the time I did that, it was ready to be picked up! Very pleased!

I had a appointment made 2 weeks in advance for a windshield.Got there and found out they changed it and wanted me to leave my rig and come back.I have no ride available. So I canceled.Now I know why there prices are so cheap.

UPDATE: The guy came July 22nd to fix the windsheild. Satisfied.Called them July 9th to get my windsheild replaced. We set up an appointment a week later on July 16th at 8:30am. On the day of the appointment I get a call 5 minutes before the person was scheduled to arrive to work on my windsheild that they did not have the seal that goes around the windsheild (???). So I inquire about rescheduleling for another week on July 23rd. I was informed that that may or may not happen as they are not sure if they even have the part in inventory. The woman let's me know she will call me Wednesday on July 22nd to let me know if I am or am not going to my windsheild replaced. Fast forward july 22nd. I called this place 3 times to see if this is still on for tomorrow at 8:30am. No answer. Got a busy signal the 2nd time i called. 3rd time i got an answer with muffled sounds. A waste of 2 weeks. I used safelite for double the prize but professional and on time.

I brought my 1997 Toyota 4runner to this business in January for a new windshield. Since then it has been back 5 times to fix leaks and it is still leaking. They will not reimburse me for time and money and once they left my car on the street and didn't lock the doors. I had over $300 in tools in the car that luckily were not stolen. I have a full time job and 2 children and it is very difficult to constantly bring the vehicle back especially when i have to pay gas for somebody to drop me off/pick up the vehicle and still will not reimburse for fuel when it cost me $10 1 way each time. That's $20 each return trip. So a $215 windshield has cost me $315 and is still not fixed. I am very dissatisfied with how i have been treated. They now will not answer/return me or my wifes calls but will answer when i call from different numbers. I have talked to a lawyer and will follow up. This is very disappointing because they came highly recommended by multiple people. They have told me it was my sunroof and door seals even tho i have video evidence of the leak in the windshield. New time i will use safelite because the $40 price difference is worth a true quality job. This vehicle has no accidents so there is absolutely no reason for this situation
