DeWan was extremely kind and helpful. He was efficient knowledgeable on the Fios packages. We appreciate his customer service as we are new to the area and needed to set up internet that we can rely on. This is at the 7301 Little River Turnpike location.

Staff tried charging $50 to transfer an eSIM to a different device. This can be done for free online or through the phone. Disappointing representation of Verizon.

Today Vik and Diwan helped my family trade in our phones. They treated us with respect and helped us even when the phones weren’t in the best condition. We are all very grateful for their amazing consumer service.

Vik and Diwan were amazing helpers. My phone had a black screen for so long and they were able to help me read everything on it and trade in my whole family’s phones. For a great price too! Without their help I wouldn’t have been able to have the new iPhone 15 for such a perfect low price.

Two very helpful staffers at Verizon helped in multiple ways to explain technical features of each iPhone model. They also spent extra time on a return visit to configure the iPhone for necessary add-on products. It’s comfortable to know that you’re getting the maximum product and services when you spend this much money. Thanks guys!

OMG, i thought customer service was no longer a "thing." Let me tell you as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Vik. Now this guy was so nice and attentive. If you go to this location ask for Vik, if he isn't there then come back when he is, trust me, amazing customer service.

Exactly what I wanted when I went in to transfer to a new phone. William is a great salesman, very pleasant and really knew what he was doing. Made the whole process incredibly easy and couldn't reccomend anymore.
