This Branch is Awesome. Nidia Mendoza is very Professional and Knows her Stuff very well. She answered every question and concern I had with much Kindness. By far her attitude for Costumer service is Top Knotch. Kudos to this Branch and the Rest of the personnel who work hard everyday.

The Worst Wells Fargo branch. The behavior of the staff is horrible. They don't decently greet their customers. They make you feel that you should leave the bank immediately. The bank manager has no interest in dealing with customers. She is inappropriate and impolite. I do not remember her name, but it begins with the letter F, and she is from one of the West African countries.

Express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the unprofessional conduct and lack of assistance I recently experience at your establishment as a long time customer and an foreigner who does not speak English fluently. I believe I was subjected to disrespectful treatment and a blatant disregard for customer service… I may be left with no choice but to seek alternative options and escalate my complaint to relevant customer protection agencies…!

I wish I can give no star for this location. I am long time customer in this bank since I came to USA. Yesterday, I went around 2:30 pm to open additional account, I met the lady worked there. She looks very professional with nice outfit. I asked her to open account, she said she can't do it and I asked what can she do? She didn't answer my questions and call different bank location to to get me in. After that , she told me come back at 3:00 pm because she has to cover lunch for coworker. I asked her when I come back who will help me to open account? She said she will be the one. What kind of service is it? I didn't come back to see her at 3:00pm and I don't need this kind of service .I never go back to this bank location again. They are bad and refuse and no care to help customer.It is very sad because I have been loyalty with this bank. I am thinking to switch the bank.

Unprofessional customer service! The bank teller showed attitude when being asked why I needed to wait that long for a transaction (an hour just for renewing a CD account). This Wells Fargo location makes banking the most unpleasant experience ever!
