It’s a cute store but I went in and was given dirty looks. I felt very uncomfortable looking around. I also wasn’t greeted or felt welcomed. Walked out and later walked by the store to see the woman being super friendly with another client and out of the register corner. How is it we’re going into 2023 with this attitude?

This is like a secret Daiso in Virginia. It's tucked away at a shopping area next to a Giant grocery store. It looks tiny from the outside but has all the household goods you'd ever need and even has some toiletries, skincare, oriental herbs, etc. you'd need. I love that the prices are reasonable. Usually, Asian import stores like these markup the prices ridiculously, but the prices are very close to how much I would pay back in Korea.

0/5 Starsi genuinely loved purchasing goods from here and have done so five other times before. however, i was horribly misled during a purchase. the cashier told me the hats i was interested in buying were refundable (i wanted to see if they went with some outfits i had at home). i told her that i will go ahead with the purchase since it was refundable. after the transaction, i went to clarify the return policy, and she suddenly retracted her statement, saying they only do exchanges. it was here that i suddenly felt at complete loss, saying that she assured me the items were refundable. she then went to speak with a coworker before finally telling me that they don’t do returns OR exchanges for hats.when i asked her why she told me they did returns, she at first pretended to forget that we even had that exchange before telling me that it had slipped her mind. i felt duped and lied to. it was incredibly disappointing, as i really enjoyed shopping here. even when i looked to see if the other coworker could help me, she simply averted her gaze. it dawned on me that they are only interested in profit. not to mention that one of the staff kept following my friend and i around the store for a good bit, which i had disappointingly taken note of (we are not korean and are darker skinned asians).i wholeheartedly love supporting asian and immigrant owned businesses as i am part of the community myself, but their display of distrust, lack of help, and rather purposeful misinformation genuinely hurt. i will no longer be supporting this business. please take heed of my experience when choosing to support this business.

This small store has a lot of hard to find items in stock. I found everything from whetstones for knife sharpening to nice plates. They have shampoos, clothes, ginseng, etc that could only be found in Korea. Cool little place.

I love going to Wellbeing More - this mini Korean 'department' store' has everything from Korean blankets/pillows (if you know, you KNOW), kitchenware, dishware, mugs and cups, beauty products, health products, toys, collectables, small appliances, and the list goes on! There are plenty of these back at home in Chicago, and I have always wondered with the large population of Koreans in NoVA, why more Korean department stores do not exist! I'm so glad that Wellbeing More came into play! We purchased a few of their Korean buckwheat-filled pillows, galbi scissors, ear pickers, beauty products, and other kitchen items. The staff here are always so friendly and always willing to offer any assistance; they can answer all the questions you may have as well! Look out for their sales/specials; even though it's a store, their items are very competitively priced! Located in the Giant plaza, next to Gom Ba Woo. +Korean 'department store' +Korean blankets and pillows here! +friendly staff! +plenty of parking in plaza lot +located next to Gom Ba Woo

I’ve shopped in this store several times over the past few years and never left without a gift or something for myself. Usually a home good or skin care item, but they have a large variety of other items. The staff is friendly and professional. The store is in a shopping center that I love with Giant grocery, very nice laundromat, and several restaurants.

Cute little store located next to the Giant and BonChon. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly. They have rows upon rows of cute bowls and kitchenware. Having been to Korea before, there were alot of familiar items such as mini stainless steel cups, wooden spoons & bowls, steel rice bowls. Lots of variety, ranging from $4 stainess steel rice bowls to $18 golden rice bowls. There were also more premium items like $800 bowl sets wrapped in cloth. Very pretty. Overall, great place to find gifts and little trinkets. Oh and they also have massage chairs for sale. We saw a lady fall asleep on one while testing it out (super random but funny) lol.
