This is very irresponsible store. I placed an order for photobook, it was provided to me that it is ready by 10:50 am. I came to the store at 10:52 AM, and I was found out that they haven't started yet and they are not able to start on my order because their machine is broken. If they can't do the service, they should not make photo service available at the store. They transferred my order to another store and asked me to check with another store. I called the other store and the store manager at the transfered store was surprised to learn about this. I chose Walgreens photo order because usually it's fast and ready in hours. I need this to give as souvenir for my sister who is going to leave to airport soon. This store is really disappointed me. If you need to get photo order stay away from this store.

Always good customers service, and nice people. You have to wait little bit 10mn when it’s busy. But it’s ok .

Attempted to return a beverage that I did not realize had a hole in it originally went back with still sealed bottle and showed the leak and was told it would not be sold that way and I essentially must have put the hole there

The staff is exceptional. I visited the store on 4/24. I had an emergency. The staff was great, met my needs and I was on my way. The perfect example of what customer service should be.

Horrible pharmacy management and service. Unacceptable wait times, missed same day delivery, zero proactive phone interactions with customers. Do not use this location for any Rx needs. All they do is MISS, unapologetically. 0 stars.

Don’t bother calling this Walgreens for their pharmacy. Their automated line just hangs up on you. Really annoying when I want my prescriptions transferred to this store

Tonight I went to pick up photos. The manager that was on duty spoke to me in a completely rude and disrepectful way. The other gentleman that worked in the front behind the counter was completely nice and respectful. There was a customer there that said “she is a woman and you should not speaking to her in this way.” He apologized when the manager refused. When I said that I would never be coming back to this Walgreens the manager said “thank god”. I was shaking and very upset. The manager finally apologized in the end. I would not recommend this Walgreens at all.

I used to like this Walgreens but it’s really gone downhill. After today’s experience we will be switching pharmacies - it took 40 mins to pick up just one prescription. They had a ton of people behind the counter but were using only one register despite a long line of customers (given the long intake process for vaccines perhaps a designated person for that would have helped?). It shouldn’t take so long to pick up a prescription at 2pm on a Monday and it messed up my entire afternoon.

The pharmacy closes at 7 pm! Do you know how hard it is to get out of work and through Northern VA traffic to get here before the pharmacy closes! Walgreens used to be the pharmacy to go to with 24 hours service precovid era. Even if it's not 24 hours anymore, I need a place that has operating hours for your average worker to get to before shutting down. I rushed here and got in at 7:02, but the bars and windows were already locked.

The pharmacy is shockingly understaffed, and slow. If you can possibly avoid it, never use the pharmacy here. I had an appointment for a vaccine 45 minutes ago, and am still waiting. I spent 27 minutes in line, with only two people in front of me. Once I got to the counter, It took the woman 11 minutes to check me in. The guy behind me in line had been called this morning and told his prescription was ready, and after waiting in line for over half an hour, he was told it wasn’t. Terrible terrible place unless you have nothing better to do for a couple of hours than stand in line.

I've been getting my prescriptions here for a year (and I have a lot of prescriptions). The staff has always been efficient, prompt, kind, and friendly. They are good at letting you know when a prescription has been filled. The outside window pick-up is convenient. I was impressed that once as I sat in my car at the outside window getting prescriptions previously filled, I got a phone call from my internist that I had an infection and that he had sent the prescription to my pharmacy. In less than a minute, a staff member came to the window, asked if I would like them to fill the prescription while I waited, I said yes, and they did, which saved me an additional trip to the drug store. In my opinion the service they give is excellent.

Very helpful employees. Came for passport photo for my infant. Very challenging. Yet an employee named Farah, she was so helpful, friendly and made the process easy. 5 stars service.

I used to use this pharmacy a few years ago, but stopped because of the dysfunctional nature of the place. I recently had to pick up a prescription there because I had one Doctor who had not updated my preferred pharmacy. They never seem to have enough people working. The wait remain long, always. Drive-throughs and phone calls get priority over the people waiting in line. They never seem to have prescriptions ready. Often in the the past we got robo-calls saying that our prescriptions were ready for pick up, only to find out that there was some problem with the prescription. Making you drive out for nothing. Don't shop at this store. They remain totally dysfunctional. Don't believe what they tell you on the phone. Often they gave a different story when you show up.
