Victoria has been very rude, to children and elders alike on multiple occasions. Will be going out of my way to find a different “home” post office.

There has been several times the self-service kiosk machine did not work, and I would have to go to a different post office that has self-service (it was after store hours and the package had to be scanned and sent out asap). Also, they have it listed that the lobby and self-service kiosks close at 8 pm on weekdays, but several times the door was locked before 8 pm. I'm not talking about few minutes before 8pm but like 2 hours before closing time. I go to the post office at least 2 times a week for the self-service kiosk, and its happened enough times for me to complain and write a review about it.

I see why they have a 2.4 rating. Stood in line patiently where im next,woman walks up to bypass me and go up to counter when I spoke up and said how can you just cut the line when I'm next , the line start behind me and another lady behind me. The Hispanic lady spoke spanish the one that cut infront which other people saw. If Virgil would of explained why spanish lady went to his counter bypassing through line then we would know.Then when the other lady employee at the end finished up with one guy I started to proceed and she calls guy from other side which is the opposite .though we stood 10mins because of the first lady . I asked the lady employee does the line starts this way where we're standing? Which she says yes but I have to take him. Then once the customer left from Virgil counter , I went next , he didn't greet, when I spoke then ask him for a pen so I can fill out label. Very unprofessional he says can you go over there to fill out. I informed why? it takes 6seconds plus I have to get stamps and we already had 2 people cut infront of us . He got up said a whole lot and informs well ill get the manager. The other person came out I explained she was respectful and I informed her then she left. Then another person came I guess they went to get another assistant Kimberly, I'm not sure why she came out after when I spoke to the first manager. She came out unprofessional as well and told me to move to the other lady which also took a customer from opposite when i was next. I asked her for the manager name . She kept sayin her name is Kimberly, which is not the manager I spoke to that came before kimberly. I needed the employee name Which kimberly declined to give me . I wouldn't have came inside if the outside mailboxes were full to the top where you see pushed in mail from the top where you insert mail.but had to go in to get stamps and mail with a bigger envelope and give out going Mail to the clerk employee. I just think the employees should have the courtesy to apologize for the long wait and explain why other customers are cutting in front of others that been waiting in line correctly for 10- 15mins . Virgil saying a whole lot under his mask to tell me to go over there to fill out when I informed him that I been waiting now 20 mins when 2 people cut infront of me and I can't wait any longer i would of got stamps then he gets up and say he's not helping i'll go get manager. Unprofessional. I see why it's a 2.4 rating. Even the customer behind me agreed how they not seeing us over here waiting in the correct line.

Do not use the drop off mail box inside the post office! Wait in line and get a confirmation that they received your package, unless you want to donate your package to the postal employees

Great Post Office with friendly staff! I was helped by both people, and ended up with Drew, who was incredible! Speaking to him was like speaking to a friend. Great customer service from both! I have also been there for passport service and it was friendly and efficient.

I went to pick up my held mail today and they didn't even ask to see an ID or to confirm my identity. They only asked for my address. They didn't ask to see the confirmation email from the website either. If all you need to pick up held mail is an address. My trust in the system may be ill placed.

When we have a sub, they take the mail from the mailbox but will not scann it - two packages seem to have never been mailed according to the tracking - subs are not good like our regular mailman

Went to the postal office with my parents to have our passports set up. We had an appointment and we're serviced with Thai. She was very professional and attentive also had a great sense of humor ? Looking forward to seeing her next we stop by the postal office!
