I recently visited the UPS store and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Rhubie. I had a box that needed just a small piece of tape on the top, something I've done numerous times before without any issue or additional charge. However, Rhubie gave me attitude about it and insisted that I pay a $2.50 fee just for a small piece of tape. This has never been the case in my previous visits. Her unprofessional demeanor and insistence on the fee were completely unwarranted and made for a very frustrating experience. I expect better service and consistency from UPS.

I never have any issues coming here. Customer service is good. Location is convenient, but parking is usually an issue.

Poor service at this location. I recently shipped a return from this location, the supplier had issued me and RMA and provided their account # for the return shipping. This location refused to allow me to ship the package via the merchant's account, despite me showing them the email auth to use their account. They provided no reasoning other than "we don't do that". I won't be returning to this location and this is reason number 1000 why I greatly prefer to use Fedex for my own small business shipping. UPS makes everything a hassle whether it's online or in stores with useless and rude staff like the folks here in Annandale.
