I walked into this branch this morning and was not greeted, I was okay with this. I saw 2 other women come in and they were greeted right away. I let that go. Once I went up to the counter and was making a transaction , the clerk kept being doubtful in my requests. She kept questioning me about my account. I’ve never experienced this before and I’ll never return to this branch. It felt racist and I worry for others who may experience this.

I have account with United bank last 7 years . This location manager Miss Susan is awesome she is really helpful and understand my problem and I have a problem with speaking English . You guys are very lucky to have her in your company . thank you so much . .
