“From the time I walked in the door to the time the repair was completed it was a first class experience. I got an estimate sent to me with no hassle or stress. An appointment was made for the repair time and they were ready. I dropped off my van and it was ready the next week as was the estimated time. My van has a fancy multi layer paint and they matched it perfectly. All of this at the estimated price. “I've trusted Ben Neilsen( *) and his staff for years with my old car. Anything that gets fixed gets fixed right the first time. I love their pickup and drop off service, although now I can walk to their new location on Henry Street. You get pictures of the work they're doing on your car while they're doing it and everything is very transparent. They are friendly and responsive. Frequent coupons have helped to reduce the cost of some jobs and my 2008 Honda CRV is still rolling along. It should be made clear that the reviews answered by "Emma" is for a different business than Ben's.”

“We returned from our trip to Washington, D.C, to our car at Vienna-Fairfax Metro Station, and found out our car was completely dead! I called a few places - some kept ringing without answering, and others were pricey. When I called Little Man Towing & Recovery, he answered on the first ring, gave us a better price, and was there on time. He checked our battery and after a few failed attempts to jump-start the car, he told us that the battery of the car was completely dead. Rain and night were upon us, so he then offered to drive me to get a new battery. He then helped me replace the battery of our car using his own tools. We were able to drive home. And the great thing about this whole experience was that he didn't charge us extra money and refused to take any tip. What a good guy! We were so thankful that we called him instead of other highly-priced towing comps. “One tire on my car could not be inflated properly with a gas station compressor. I took the car to Just Tires and expected to hear that I had to replace not just that one but the pair, plus "we have a speical for four now" etc. None of that! They inflated the tire, checked for bubbles in a pool and found that it held pressure. No charge!It was probably the compressor that was defective, but I could not know that. These guys are honest and friendly.”
