Amir and his team are amazing! They are quick, kind and do an amazing job. I had to take my car to a warranty covered site for some different repairs and the other mechanics noted the work done on my car was really good. Their prices are also unmatched. If you’re looking for a repair that’s quick, well done, and a good price this place is it! I pray God blesses their work, their families and their shop.

I came in for a safety inspection, after moving here in the area. The inspector was very nice and professional. He told me that he just started, under new management. I will definitely come back here for all my car needs.

This gas station and the mechanic shop are highly recommended, their staff and managers are highly skilled communication also highly skilled tech, they have been working on my vehicles for the pass 10 years, they even willing to help with what ever they could, As customer, i know sometimes its hard with prices are going up high sky rocket around US not only in annandale!!!! But they will make sure you will leave happily and with smily face ?

I had been going to this Shell station for years for my car inspections (as well as gas and other services). The man that did the inspections was a great guy. I always looked forward to speaking with him.
Last week I went back there for an inspection and there was a new guy doing them. I was going to drive my car into the bay but he said "no, I must drive it in" (said in a very rude, mean, unfriendly way). I told him that this is a specialty car and I have always driven it in myself. I told him the former inspection guy has been letting my do this for years. He said "he isn't here any more, if you don't like it, go somewhere else!" I was shocked and said "what"? He repeated what he said and told me to go somewhere else. Horrible customer service for a front-line guy dealing with customers!
I went inside and spoke the Amir, the service manager, and he said sorry for the way the inspection guy spoke to me but, he can't do anything about it.
I asked to speak with the owner and he gave me the name of Chelsea. He said to call back mornings to speak with her. I tried several times and she was never there. I last spoke with a woman who again said that Chelsea was not there. I asked her to give me a number where I can reach her and she would not. I asked for her name and she said it was "Sue". I asked her for her real name and she said "Sue is what people call me".
Rather than leave this review, I tried to deal directly with the Station owner to discuss the poor customer service but, now I see where it comes from. I will never go back to this station!

Umair and his team are terrific! I have been taking my car here for the last couple of years. Last year, Umair and his team identified something that could be a potential problem for me down the road. However, the repairs they did for me at the time were executed with such quality that It isn't until just now, that' I am beginning to have a need for follow-up on these issues. True to form Umair and his team. Not only provided excellent communication, a full detailed breakdown of problems and potential options for resolution they also provided.
Kind customer service. AND completed the job for me In a much shorter time then expected. NOT only that, while the service wasn't cheap.... they utilized whatever available promotions and/or coupons they could apply. I appreciate ALL OF THESE CONSIDERATIONS so very much. The attention to detail IN SERVICE, the customer consideration and the quality of work that is provided to me every time I bring my vehicle to thIS shell station. is why id reccomend them. 5 Stars for Umair and his team. I will be back! ☆☆☆☆☆

As other reviews have said, don't get your car inspected here. Very aggressive and rude inspector, Farooqui, scammed me. He screamed that there was too much air in the tire and started a fuss asking who put it in. And he charged me for labor and light bulb without any prior advice. The tire pressure light did not go off, and when I checked the taillight bulb, I found that both sides had not been replaced as picture below. I got a refund after arguing with the owner, but I never want to go back, and I don't recommend this place.

I recently took my 2003 Subaru Baja to Annandale Shell Auto Repair, where I had the pleasure of meeting Yoon and Amir, the service managers. Despite facing a challenging electrical issue with my vehicle, Yoon and Amir worked tirelessly, demonstrating not only their expertise but also their commitment to solving complex problems.The reason I'm writing this review, however, goes beyond the technical expertise that Yoon and Amir exude. It's about the overall experience at Annandale Shell Auto Repair. The team, including other mechanics like MJ and Luis, the vehicle inspector Naveed, and the staff members Teddy, Robbie, and Caleb, have always treated me with kindness and a smile.Their customer service is a testament to their professionalism.My trust and respect for Yoon, Amir, and the entire team at Annandale Shell Auto Repair is strong and I highly recommend this shop for anyone seeking a team that genuinely cares and works hard.
