The workers are nice and kind. But the manger Kim is very rude and aggressive. We didn't understand a deal they had and the manager Kim had a rude attitude when trying to explain it to us. I would rate 0 stars but I can't do that unfortunately.

Management sucks and always did They sell bagels but it's really just bread dough Not even close to a bagel They used to be ok not even close Not all is bad prices are ok but don't ask for anything

I rarely go to this Safeway but each time I venture in for something there's a robbery taking place and no one typically does anything. I've seen a guy take 2 -24packs of beer and walk out like nothing happened. Last night was a victory after a customer not employee body slammed a guy walking out with several extra large packs of steaks. When headquarters instructs employees to do nothing and customers take it into their own hands it's a pretty sad picture. I smell a lawsuit around the corner when a customer gets hurt trying to stop daily robberies in the store. Cheap ass Safeway needs a security guard that will put an end to this and also teach employees to call the police when these things occur or teach them Joe to review a camera and get a shot of all the thieves.

If I could give zero Stars I would. The main reason for the low rating is they don't have any people manning the checkout counters. I automatically give the lowest review to any place that forces you to use the self-service checkouts. Here is why: 1. If you, now an untrained and unpaid employee of the company, accidentally do not scan an item, or don't notice when an item hasn't been scanned, you can and in many cases people have been arrested for shoplifting. Including jailed and having to spend a lot of money to try and get that arrest expunged from their record. 2. Self checkout takes money out of the community. Self checkout stands don't pay local taxes, don't patronize local establishments, or generally spend money in the community. The money that is supposedly saved on labor cost returns to the company. 3. Has noted above it forces the customer to become an untrained and unpaid employee of the company. In essence the customer provides the company free labor in return for reduced and lower quality service.

I like this place a lot but there is a woman who works in deli i think her name is moly. She is so cold and sounds rude. I wanted to turn around and ignore her existence. If you do not want to work don’t work. I do not have to see a miserable person when I go shopping. Other than that everybody is nice. I am giving 4 because of her. If it was her store I wouldn’t visit never ever again.

The manager john is the worst person i could ever met he threating me to call the POLICE and acusé of stealing or changing tickets without proves i have a video the manager threating me i have more than 15 years going to this Safeway this happened to me 2 weeks ago they are the worst prople in the whole planet ahh and he is rascist against latinos too!

Not a bad visit. The vegetable selection & quality is probably the best in this area. Their hot deli items are usually very fresh too.. My only disappointment was they still dont have any Diet Lipton Peach Ice Tea. I wish they would make a greater effort to get it and keep it in stock.

DO NOT BUY GIFTCARDS HERE!!!!I bought an 80 dollar vanilla giftcard last week.When the person I gifted it to try to use it. It was already useNow I have to wait for the investigation in order to get the money back.But if I don't call, they don't give you any updates.Also the store managers can't do anything about it...you have to directly contact customer service on the phone.Like we have nothing else to do but ,check on them and what is going on.Beware do not buy gift cards here.Use your money somewhere else

went there to do a simple purchase and accidentally left change. i ran back maybe 2 minutes after i realized and asked for help and talked to management. basically was told nothing could be done although management could’ve looked at cameras? i asked and they said they couldn’t (?). it had been about 13$ i left and i had the receipt to show too. pretty dissatisfied with the management and their lack to help a customer.

The last two times I bought sliced cheese from their deli that had already been prepacked and priced the bag was not sealed. The cheese is dried out and now I have to make a trip to return it. I bought it for lunch this week so this does me no good. The lunch meat was the same way, but it seems to be OK. I will not be buying anymore from their deli, at least anything that is prepackaged.

There are no carts. Not one on either side of the store. 1/4 full lot so not busy. Had to go out and grab one from parking lot return. And there weren’t many there either. What in the world.

Safeway is always my go to grocery. It has surprises in prices. Just go to deals or coupons and you will like it.
