Do not trust these people! They put a $75.00 hold on your bank account for every gas purchase. I pumped $15 worth of gas and they put a $75 hold on my account. I tried calling but they don’t answer the phone, so I went in person. The woman manager informed me that the hold will go away in 24-48 hrs and said that it wasn’t them that put the hold, it was my bank that did it and that I should contact my bank. I contacted my bank while still there and my bank said that it was in fact the gas station that enforced the hold. The woman lied to my face and didn’t even apologize. She just disappeared to the back. I would never do business with people that is so deceptive. I also noticed several people paying with cash. I guess they went through the same situation previously. Gas price was great for the area but this scam to get you to pay with cash is deceitful. I wouldn’t trust them in a car repair situation. Next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

Called for a quote and was told something muffled and indistinguishable due to an accent, which is fine, but I was then hung up on. I had to call back to get a clear answer from the same staff member.

Had rear brakes and rotors replaced, good work done, honest staff. I have been going here for years, would be nice if they offered Military Discount but they do offer coupons on their website, just need to print and show them before paying.

UPDATE: Brought my car in for a brake inspection today - quick service, thorough inspection, no charge, told me I didn't need new brakes. The manager and head mechanic was extremely polite and very understanding of the situation. She let me know everything that was wrong with my car upfront and did everything for me at a great price! Last week the Firestone service station where I work in Maryland told me I needed new brakes on my Prius, so naturally I brought the car to Ana's crew at Ravensworth for a second opinion (I live nearby). I pulled up, they immediately raised the vehicle, removed the wheels for a proper inspection and informed that the brakes were fine. Took less than ten minutes and didn't even charge for the inspection. This place is awesome, honest and quick and Ana is a great manager.Service: Brakes

Ravensworth auto put in some rear wheel bearings on my car they were very much needed. They did a good job on the mechanical work but it took forever to get their work done. Plus they were very unresponsive letting me know when my car was ready or what was the status of it. When I went to pick up the car, there was heavy black sot all over the driver side door but it took me a while to clean off. The rates are pretty low and I guess that's why. So, buyer beware. You're going to wait a long time for service, the place is mobbed because the gas is cheap and they only have three pumps. But other than that there isn't much to recommend it.

I got my oil changed there, drove the car home, something didn't sound right. I took my car back, the owner put the car of on the rake, as he was taking the under carriage off bolts fail on the ground, he said the car was fine and safe for me to drive. It's now been two weeks and the sounds are getting louder. Tomorrow morning I'm taking my car the Liberty on the pike to have them look at. I guess you get what you pay for, yes the oil change was cheap, I brought my own oil and filter. The owner told me they only guarantee the work if I pay for the oil and filter there. My question was why wouldn't you guarantee the labor, Yes the gas is cheaper there but why is it cheaper there?Service: Oil change
