This is the worst property managment company I have ever dealt with and I would not send anyone to rent from them ever again after witnessing first hand their dishonest practices. I can not say enough bad about them for their treatment of a military family who left their property better than they found it, and were charged bogus fees on a walk through they refused to do until after the family left. Awful. Just awful. Terrible people who should not be trusted. I don't give bad reviews but this one is completely deserved. Until they go back and make it right, they are garbage in my eyes.

Very Bad experience with this company. It is not for small Landlords. Everything was good till I signed the lease. After that it seems like I'm managing the property and paying them for free. The property manager is creating miscommunications. Stay away.

Very odd experience with this company. Some of what they said would be reflected in the lease for the tenants renting out property didn't make its way in there. So read the lease carefully even if you think you know what's in it.Second, they only managed my property for a few months and then sold or otherwise transitioned it to another management company in NOVA. Much like a mortgage company may sell your mortgage to another bank.Just an all-around odd experience.

This is a great company to rent from! Every time something goes wrong they handle it quickly. For example, the light in our bedroom was broken and our screen door was not closing correctly, a polite gentlemen was there at our scheduled time and had everything fixed super quick. Excellent customer service! They answered all my questions with professional quality. It is wonderful to see this level of care these days

PPM has done a fantastic job managing my rentals. They are responsive to my tenants’ requests and operate with the highest level of professionalism I have seen for some time. It is very difficult to find a top-notch property management companies. These guys far exceed my expectations.

My issue is the move out process has been pretty brutal. The communication for showings were not what they should be and had very minimal consideration for us as the tenant if any. I did my best trying to coordinate from across the country but I was really fed up when I finally got back in town to find the lock-box at my door left open with the key visible so anyone could have had access to what is still my home and had my belongings inside (I have the pictures). And I must say that a window of 8 am - 5:30 pm for final move out inspection is ridiculous with only an expectation of providing a phone call when 30 minutes out. We wanted to start to make the drive to Arizona from Virginia today and asked for early appointment consideration and all I got was it would be mentioned which I now know the inspector was not informed to even make it a consideration (I have the emails of this discussion to be passed on to the inspector as well). I am a landlord myself, move frequently and also have family members in the property management industry so I am not new to what's expected and the professionalism of this process needs some improvement.Update: the response from the company would have been maybe acceptable if when I spoke the inspector he would have been at least notified of the request for an early morning inspection and he was not even though I was told it would be mentioned. His schedule was open for early morning and we could have been first on his list. So I can understand the PR aspect of trying to respond but please check and get the facts of the situation first and just accept that this could have been handled differently on the companies end. What also should be a red flag is if you go on google they have just about all 5 star reviews with a couple of dissatisfaction statements, which is not even realistic in the real estate business. So read through the Yelp reviews to get the true story.

I had several issues that came up throughout the year. Virginia Crump was awesome! Her communication with me was exceptional. She always took the time to keep me informed about the upcoming repairs and if it worked with my schedule. I appreciated the way that she represented me as a renter and how she made me feel that i mattered during the issues. Great work this year, thank you.

We've been working with PPM as tenants in one of their properties. We love how they dedicate a team member to work with us for any issues (shout out to Virginia Crump in particular!). They have been very responsive as we've run into issues, always getting contractors lined up and over to the house. If we ever have a need for a property management company for one of our houses in the future, we'll be using them!
