I was an early customer about 20 yrs ago. I have always lived mostly in Scotland and work together with dear friends in Pinecrest Vistas. We have worked as volunteers for an international charity. Chafik has often given his time very generously, has always taken care of my transatlantic issues. Twice I have waited to get back to Chafik to buy my next computer. I have found them all compassionate, hardworking and caring of those who have less. I am now in Scotland, since Covid, less able to travel, but I have found no replacement for Pro Computers and all the help they have given me over the years. I have never felt cheated, just wish they still lived across the road from me. BIG THANKS!!

I've been to the store twice and I am VERY satisfied with the service. First time I went to see if my 2014 Dell Inspiron could get an upgraded. They were very thorough and advised that an upgrade would speed things up. They were clear about the approach and that the processor had to be ordered, so it would be a matter of days. on day 3, I got the call to get the laptop, They showed me how it was working faster and I was very happy. Second visit was for a keyboard that was unresponsive at times. Again, they inspected the keyboard and told me what they could do. They replaced the keyboard and it is not working any better but they had pointed out that there was some water damage. The are professionals, transparent and knowledgeable. I prefer going to them than to BestBuy or another corporation. They know what they are doing and would go again in a heartbeat.

Recommend them so highly. They repaired my computer, increased its operating efficiently and they are so reasonable price-wise. I doubt any other computer repair service comes close in terms of quality, skill, and cost. Thank you Pro Computers!

High quality and affordable prices in refurbished devices. Understand that the RAM memory and the hard drive, or SSD, are the most important pieces to replace in a refurbished device they must be new. The other hardware parts can be older, therefore, you can have a 1k dollars device for the average price of 350 dollars or so.

They told me they would not be able to recover the data so I was like ok that’s fine, I will just come pick up my computer. IlThey told me it was the hdd so I opened the back and few parts were missing including the hdd attachment. So I gave them a call notifying them that few parts were missing and the female technician tells me “you know it’s not going to work right?” Like what? Just cuz the computer isn’t going to work, you’re just going to take a few parts off it. I finally was able to pick up the computer and still one part missing and they lost my charger as well. Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend this place even to my enemy. ?

I brought my kids ps4 to you break it we fix it and paid over $150 to get it fixed but never worked right, went back twice and promised it was working but wouldn’t. Brought it to pro-comp did diagnostics found out it was a bad processor replaced it and had it back in three hours. Nice friendly and professional, thankful for them
