I absolutely love Paul! He used to do my hair 13 years ago when we lived here back in 2011. We just moved back to the area earlier this year, 2023 and I was so pleased to find out he was still in business. I love how he cuts my layers and highlights my hair! Paul is very professional and super kind! Give his salon a try! You won’t be disappointed.

Let me start by saying that I used to get my hair cut by the same person for 10 years, but then I moved to Alexandria 2 years ago. I got my hair cut by two other people in the area and just wasn't super satisfied. I booked an appointment with Paul and I was nervous but also super ready for a change. He did a phenomenal job and I'm so relieved to have found my new salon.

Paul cut my hair and did an AMAZING job. I rarely get haircuts and showed him a picture of what I wanted and did just exactly that. I am in love with it and it is worth the price. He was super easy to talk to and would definitely come back!! It was also easy to get an appointment and tried to match my schedule as much as possible!

I will definitely return to Paul Michaels Salon and will gladly recommend them to others. It was my first hair salon appointment since moving to the area, and I could not be happier with my haircut. Good price and great service and most of of all, stylists who have mastered their craft.

A friendly neighborhood salon! I tried multiple salons before finding Paul Michaels, but others were often too busy, trendy, impersonal, or disorganized. Paul and his staff are personable and down-to-earth, efficient, appropriately priced, and I really liked my highlights and haircut. I use a wheelchair and the salon is also accessible (slight challenge parking but otherwise easy). And his other customers were friendly too...always a good sign! I will definitely come back again.

Great place! I'm new to the hair salon-- a friend referred me. Safia did an amazing job on my hair- thank you safia! Everyone is really nice and the chair you sit in for your hair wash even has massagers! I'll definitely be going back.

I am a happy customer.It was easy to find the place and book appointment. There is free parking.I am usually a difficult customer, but Paul made its wonderful job and I was happy. Previously I have been going to different salon and during the last visit I had a bad haircut.Paul fixed my haircut, and suggested a nice color solution for me. He was very attentive and considered my wishes.He also gave advices for the future and answered my questions.Soon I am scheduling another appointment.Services: Hair highlighting
