On recent trips Juan & May both helped me find what I was Looking for in the store’s tight aisles. The store is is only a bus or train ride away, and is dog friendly!”

“Strange review here, but I am a 20 year old female and my headlights both went out at the same time traveling at night. I live about 3 hours away and I stopped here for help. I arrived 25 minutes before close and every worker came out to help me with my car. They spent about 45 minutes checking my fuse boxes and headlights as well as charging my phone. The workers here are more than kind and extremely willing to help a stranger in need. I recommend Glen Echo Hardware store for all of your needs.”

The next time I went on Saturday morning and I think her name was Neomi. She helped me have a better experience than I planned for. I had been searching for Romabio brick paint for sometime and he not only helped me, but kept in touch and held a bucket for me when the store got a shipment. He helped me color match it to my siding and made sure I had my supplies and knew how to use the paint. I could not be more grateful to Desmond. Such a nice guy and very knowledgeable about products. Even though there is a Benjamin Moore Store closer to my house I will now be coming to this location. Excellent customer service is very hard to find these day and I’ve found it here. “I valled the commercial store after receiving information that the retail store was out of stock of the paint I wanted, which usually happens during a sale. The retail store was helpful tonhelp ke find the paint in stock (always get that help from Sherwin Williams) and commercial store responded quickly! The store also let me know they were closing early and asked if I needed it that day. They had the paint ready by the time I got there and I only lived a few miles away. Always great service!”
