I am feeling stupidly happy. Math is not my strong suit. It takes me a lot of time and energy when numbers are involved. I had a wonderful experience today at this branch. The tellers were incredibly helpful and kind. My husband and myself were there with our toddler son, Beauty is the name of the teller or representative that helped us—- she was very understanding and patient, took the time to answers all my questions, explained things I didn’t understand, and guided me to make choices that were best fit for our situation. She really went above and beyond of what was expected and I am so grateful. Thank you again for helping us today ❤️

i had gone to discuss on why my account was close and they told me to come back the next day because they were closing soon i went the next morning just for them to tell me they had closed my account without my knowledge and said they would mail me a check for my funds instead of giving it to me in cash at that moment now i’m stuck without a bank

Worst bank ever!!! Like all major banks, they brag about their wonderful online experiences. I just paid off a vehicle, and they couldn't confirm if I was paying off the total amount!!! Never will use them again!

Wonderful staff and very helpful! I ran out of one dollar bills during a busy rush. M&T Annandale was able to supply me with more then enough to get through the weekend with very little notice. I cant thank them enough!

It's the worst customer service I've ever had. Three times I put a deposit at ATM and they didn't recognize it. I have three disputes with this inefficient bank about my cash deposits

In April 2022, two employees at this branch, Mr. Cristian Quiroga and Ms. Beauty Gavure assisted me at this branch. They were both very professional and went the extra mile to get the job done. Great effort on their part.
