“I’ve never had a problem. I drop off UPS packages all the time and have never had a problem getting a receipt. I think some of the negative reviews come from people not understanding the difference between a UPS drop off and UPS access point. You can purchase a UPS label at Parcel Place and they will accept UPS drop offs if you already have the Amazon return shipping label printed.They cannot scan your Amazon return bar code and print the label for you. You need to go to an actual UPS store or UPS access point for that service (you can do that at AutoZone right down the street OR the UPS store in Bradlick shopping center).Additionally, with regards to the review about discrimination against Caucasians, I have never experienced anything like that. The owner has always been nice to me and I’m white. However, I always go out of my way to treat service people (waiters/bartenders/retail sales associates) with the respect they deserve, so I usually get excellent customer service in return.”

“I don't know what people's problem is about this place. I've been dropping off my pre-paid mail and UPS packages here for over 3 years, and have never had a problem with any of my packages getting lost. Yes, it's a bit weird inside. Customer service doesn't really exist there, but when I'm dropping off boxes I don't really care about that. There are multiple things going on in there, such as selling post office supplies, UPS, and fedex shipping services, but it seems like all the carriers make a pit-stop there on their routes, so it's legit. In fact, whenever I drop off my shopping returns there it seems to come back much faster than it does when I've dropped it off at other locations. This location is super convenient in Annandale too!!!”
