I love this garden center. They still have lots of plants to decorate with this season. Great deals too!

I don't know why I've never stopped by Miracle Garden Center before 2023, especially since I driven past many times over the years. I guess, mostly by habit, if I needed plants or flowers, I would drive a few more minutes up the road to the Home Depot, since I always thought HD was cheaper. I purchased my usual assortment from Home Depot of herbs (basil, cilantro, etc.) as well as a few tomato varietals in mid-March 2023, however, by late April most of the plants were dead. Granted, it was a colder than usual Spring season, but these plants should've been hearty enough to withstand a bit of frost. As I have a penchant for supporting small businesses, I decided to finally pop in the Miracle Garden Center, and departed asking myself, "what took me so long to check this place out?"Located off of busy Rt. 236 (Little River Turnpike), it is easy to miss this mom and pop business. Look for a white 1-story structure with the "Miracle Garden Center" signs affixed to the building. There are a few parking spots in front and around the side for easy access.Upon passing through the gates, I was struck by the sheer variety of vegetation ranging from indoor/outdoor flowers, mini-trees, and of course, plants for your garden. I picked up a few pepper varieties since I always love fresh chilis and got a fantastic price on some habanero, serrano, and Hungarian wax peppers. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any Thai Chili plants, but the gentleman watering the plants indicated that their supplier didn't carry it this season. I also picked up a few tomato varietals such as Roma, cherry, and a Sungold. Of note, the Italian Basil, sweet mint, and Cilantro that I purchased a few weeks ago have also flourished in my garden since I planted them in late mid-May.No knock against them, but unlike my experiences asking questions of the staff at HD about frequency of watering, recommended amount of sunlight exposure, etc, the team at Miracle Garden are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to share their their wealth of information. Now that I'm headed back into my office more often, I even picked up a snake plant for my desk, since this is a very "low maintenance" plant which is not only super easy to care for, but has numerous benefits (healthline.com/health/be…) including air filtration and oxygenation. Chatting with the staff, I understand they also carry seasonal items such as pumpkins in the Fall and Christmas trees during the winter. Miracle Garden Center is just the type of local business I love to support and recommend to the Yelp community.

This place is awesome. A hidden gem that quite frankly is so much better than the Home Depot with crazy parking just down the road.Great flowers/plants selection, well priced, extremely helpful (and nice!) staff and super easy parking. These flowers are really good quality and clearly loved!!They are set up for fall/Halloween/etc now and it's an oasis just to go there. Super great pumpkins too (really nice ones, not just the usual altho they have traditional ones too).Just go!!! You'll love it.

I appreciate a good family business. I like this place, but the day we went it was like 11am and they were using a very loud saw. Scared my kids to death. Had to leave quicker than we wanted.

It is a very interesting place to buy all kinds of seasonal flowers and plants, with items and decorations according to the season. The staff that attends is very friendly and helpful, providing all the information regarding the plants that are purchased.

Family run small business! Very nice people.TONS of flower and veggie options. My kid came here on his bike and they sweetly entertained him. I sent him back with money to buy mosquito plants. I myself came today and bought tons of flowers. They helped me load my 12 plants into the car. They have a lot of predesigned pots which can be used as gifts! I'll be back!

Purchased a plant earlier in the week and noted they opened at 8:00 am on Saturdays. Returned at 8:20 Saturday, only for it to be closed. Around 8:25 some folks showed up. Being on a tight schedule, I decided to go to Home Depot since I knew they would be up and running.A well run business cares about the customer and opens on time.
