“I’ve never had a problem. I drop off UPS packages all the time and have never had a problem getting a receipt. I think some of the negative reviews come from people not understanding the difference between a UPS drop off and UPS access point. You can purchase a UPS label at Parcel Place and they will accept UPS drop offs if you already have the Amazon return shipping label printed.They cannot scan your Amazon return bar code and print the label for you. You need to go to an actual UPS store or UPS access point for that service (you can do that at AutoZone right down the street OR the UPS store in Bradlick shopping center).Additionally, with regards to the review about discrimination against Caucasians, I have never experienced anything like that. The owner has always been nice to me and I’m white. However, I always go out of my way to treat service people (waiters/bartenders/retail sales associates) with the respect they deserve, so I usually get excellent customer service in return.”

They knew by rote memorization exactly the dimensions I would need based on a specific country's requirements, and provided me with excellent service. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”

I was bummed the UPS store closed down that was closer to me stopped operations but once I went to this store I was amazed by the customer service and problem solving mentality of the associates there. “Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. They also ALWAYS have a notary on hand which is priceless. Give them a try !”

“Was hardly pressed and running late to get 4 photos edited and uploaded on 12 pages application and submit, then download the application and print them all within 45 munites. This lady in there was very professional and extremely helpful. Willing to do anything to make this happen. She said use your own computer to save some money and asked me to email the photos to her so she can edit them to save time whiles she was helping other customers at the same time.
