I had insurance for 3 cars, and after a few months, I requested to have one car and one driver removed from the insurance, but they sold the car and took the car I was riding without, and as a result, I ended up driving without insurance for over a month and received a notice from DMV. I received it, but it had not been corrected even then. I tried calling several times, but he didn't answer the phone, so I called my wife's phone, and she answered, and even then, she said it wasn't her, but someone else. The woman just told me to wait because it would take a month for it to be fixed. But it wasn't fixed even after a month. In the end, I moved to another insurance company and the problem was resolved. The subsequent service to customers is a mess. Personally, I don't think even a single star is worth it.

It is true that no matter how much English you have, you still feel comfortable in Korean, and even small nuances can change the meaning conveyed, but they always kindly handle things that might be bothersome and check for details that you may not have thought of.I really liked the part where various methods were presented.

I’ve been with this office since I moved to he area in 2021 and they are always very responsive and considerate! Always send me documents quickly and Followup with a text so important required signatures don’t get buried in junk mail. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate how they make it easy for me to get my insurance to-do’s done, which is what us busy folks need in an agent! Jennifer and Cassie demonstrate how premium customer service is supposed to look!
