Had a fingerprint appointment at 4:35 place wasn't open for an hour. 3-5 people were waiting outside as the place was not open Also I saw the guy come outside I asked him, hey we have an appointment he didn't talk any off as. I will never recommend anyone to go to that place

In and out fast. I was about an hour early to my appointment, I thought I'd have to go back, but I was able to do my fingerprints at that moment, and it was very fast.

Made an appointment and they closed early.Edit after their whiny response: Nothing is false about my review. I made an appointment and you canceled it the day of that appointment. This owner spends more time refuting reviews than actually opening their store.

Had a fingerprint appointment at 9:30am. When i arrived at location, there was a sign on the door saying it doesnt open until 10:30am. Looking at the other reviews it doesn't look like this is the first time this happened. Why bother with appointments if we clearly cannot abide by them? Anybody who needs fingerprinting i would advise you to find a different location

Do not answer phone and cannot give instructions on where location is. When I finally found the place they cancelled my appointment due to lunch. I would recommend fingerprinting at another fieldprint office

very rude customer service, unfortunately, it is a designated fingerprinting service for fed agencies. I am not going there to be pushed away. Certainly to cancel the appointment, and look for a different one
