They usually have a good selection but they have no control or care over the people that come in and their behavior. There are many people who come in and fill up carts to the brim and rummage through not-yet set out bins which is a typical no-no in all other goodwills. One even walks around with a large knife on his belt...

Very long checkout line and no additional registers being opened. Several employees around the store but only 2 on registers while at least 6 others aren't helping l. Approximately 25 people in line. Poorly managed!!!

Don’t even bother with this goodwill. Better prices at the thrift store next door anyway ?♀️

Well laid out. Clean. Organized. Friendly staff. They don’t make you feel like you’re in their way like other locations. Lots of clothes. Mostly clothes. Which for me was preferred. Was just at another location. Disorganized there with a boutique rack with jacked up prices. Higher then TJ max. This place didn’t appear to have a boutique rack and had high quality clothes all mixed in. The prices were very reasonable.

Found only 2 things. Definitely in need of more men’s clothing, and better quality brands

I went to this place today and there was no price tag on the glasses I really wanted. When the cashier refused to sell them to me, I later called the store and asked to speak to the manager. When speaking to the manager to let him know that the customer has no say in what they want to buy and pleaded his case. The managers response was "that's store policy" and hung up on me. After spending several hundred dollars there in the last 2 months, I will NOT be going back to this store.

Another awful Goodwill. Elevated prices, empty shelves and inventory that’s the equivalent of a what’s left at a yard sale at the end of the day. Goodwill needs to restructure their corporate and go back to whatever previous model of business they used to have. Selling the best stuff online and elevating the in store prices on items that were donated to them has made them greedy. Ridiculous.

Pretty good as far a Goodwills go, especially since they have open dressing rooms

This is my first time coming to this goodwill, I was waiting on the long line from the fitting rooms. As soon as one was empty (20mins later) I was putting the clothes inside the fitting room and then this lady (representative) came to me and told me it's only 5 pieces at the time which I already knew there is signs everywhere even in English and Spanish! And I told her that I know and that I only had 3 pants inside. Now you tell me why she only told me and never told the other people that were taking more than five at a time???? I felt offended as a Latina being discriminated. Regardless when I finally finish trying everything. She approached me and said o "I guess you also know where the clothes that you don't want go since you know everything??? And I was like???? Are you serious????? This is very unacceptable my first time here and I felt discriminated just for being Hispanic.

One of the better Goodwills in this area for thrifting. I wasn't too impressed by the B Thrifty next door, so this place quickly scratched my thrifting itch. This location is definitely more clothing focused, and there weren't very many collectibles or much of anything else. That said, the space is clean, the employees are friendly, and I did find some items!

Disrespectful of donors! My wife called ahead to say we were interested in coming over to donate some furniture and to ask until when they accept donations (7 p.m.) and whether or not they indeed accept furniture. They said yes. I then navigated a U-Haul in rush hour traffic for more than half an hour to bring the furniture to the Goodwill donation center in time. When I got there, the guys at the loading area said they could not accept the furniture because they were full and had been for three days. He was unwilling to compromise at all, be flexible to accept part of the load, etc. It did not seem to matter that their staff had just told us they could accept furniture just an hour before by phone. While I understand occasionally needing to pause furniture donations because of limited space, it is disrespectful of donors' time not to tell us that when we directly ask before spending our time to bring the items over.

Avoid at all cost! Worse than you would think. I specifically called this store before we went to drop the furniture, but arrived 45 minutes in the traffic, they told us that no, they don't take furniture! That communication style should not be used by any human beings.

This Goodwill recently underwent renovation and unfortunately, things did not change for the better. Now, the clothes are completely unorganized and not color coded. The place is now crammed while prior to the renovation, the business felt open. Overall, this used to be our favorite Goodwill but due to the disorganization and crammed nature of this business, now, I think we will start a new search for a better Goodwill.
