I was impressed with the knowledge of Wahid on not only the pros and cons of seeking an alternative frame to meet my physical needs, but the fact he wasn’t trying to push me “into a sale”! He was very professional and relatable (to the spinal issues I have). He gave me a bit of “homework” to check the tags of my old and new mattress (purchased two months prior), something I regrettably never paid attention and a video for some exercises to try. Again, Wahid has a much wisdom. This was not any ordinary sale I’ve experience before. I came back the following day, and purchased an adjustable base! I have no doubt that this is another great investment made, and I definitely will consider returning here in the future!”

“Honestly a wonderful experience. This was my first time properly mattress shopping and James the sleep expert really helped me and my significant other find a great bed for our needs. He was friendly, smart, and very patient. I never felt pressured in any way and he was very understanding of my budget. Additionally both James and Osmond helped me get a really awesome discount and stay within my budget. Delivery was a breeze! Danny delivered the mattress, base, set both up super quickly, and hauled away my old box spring and mattress. He and his colleague went the extra mile and even helped me with adjusting my bed frame from full to queen. Really superb service from both mattress firm and the delivery men who made this process rather seamless and stress free. Second store delayed our furniture 2 weeks so we cancelled our order and were completely refunded. I had no idea what I was doing, and every question, no matter how insane or annoying, Portia answered with a thoughtful calm patience (even though I was asking the same thing twice sometimes). “I was in need of a new bed and went to Mattress Warehouse yesterday. Simon Nako was the store manager and sleep consultant. He was terrific. I had a lot of questions and specifics I needed to address. He showed me a number of different beds and pillows by different companies. He helped me figure out which pillow was best for my neck and breathing. He was professional but friendly. He encouraged me to take the in-store test that can diagnose which mattresses are best for your body. I kept asking questions and he was very patient and informative. Highly recommend!”

“This is like a secret Daiso in Virginia. It's tucked away at a shopping area next to a Giant grocery store. It looks tiny from the outside but has all the household goods you'd ever need and even has some toiletries, skincare, oriental herbs, etc. you'd need. I love that the prices are reasonable. Usually, Asian import stores like these markup the prices ridiculously, but the prices are very close to how much I would pay back in Korea.”
