I have been looking for a new place that is welcoming and doesn't treat you like you are invisible. Well, Eden Nails is not new to me but I left them for a few years because they had gone downhill. On a whim, I decided to try them again and I am so glad I did. Chrystal is A-MA-ZING!!! So kind, great conversation, incredibly detail-oriented and I did not feel rushed or ignored. She also did not try to push any upcharges on me. Awesome experience and I will be back! :)

Both women who work most of the year are polite and kind. Crystal, who I normally see is wonderful with a keen eye to detail.

The most horrible in terms of tech expertise, customer service, professionalism , cleanliness and mannerism. Tech Ann rushed my nail service to meet her next appointment. She cuts my cuticle where they bled and she didn't even use antiseptic to clean the blood. Notice on the photos that they were not professionally done and look like they need refill. Tried to call the manager to complain she answered the phone and would not take the message. Finally got someone who answered and she took the message but heave not heard back. Would not use them ever again and do not recommend this business so STAY AWAYServices: Nail designs

The ladies were nice but lacked the basic skills. Sadly I had to help the nail tech. I felt bad, still tipped her 20% but best try elsewhere.

Eden Nails and Spa is one of my favorites in the Ashburn area, recently renovated facilities, personnel is attentive, caring and you will be satisfied with you nail art, your facial or massage. Thai massage is the best! Clean facilities and good prices. Highly recommend!
