I tried to return something with a receipt and the owner said no. I had bought 2 things of the same. But i didn't end up needing one extra one. Don't come here bad customer service.

I am disappointed they're closed before 7PM on a Sunday. I am writing this review because I just watched two individuals behind me and a couple with the same disappointment. Five potential customers within less than five minutes. All of us went straight to our phones looking for the next closest place that is open (when most people are not at work.) I 100% understand as a business owner you have the opportunity to give your employees jobs that offer time off during highly desired times like today; a perfect Sunday evening. On the flip, business must be really good if you can turn away all of these potential sales. That's my backhanded way of saying I would love it if you would expand your hours.

Very good business. Bought a vape and used it for half day which faulted out. Brought it back later on in that evening and they offered me a refund/exchange despite it being used. Highly recommended honest business.

I do not prefer this place at all. Items stop working , leaking or/and sold the wrong item, the owner will never acknowledge the problem. However there is the most helpful, knowledgeable and helpful person that works here name Lazaro, He's the only person there that makes me want to spend my money there.

Great prices on cigarettes. Haven’t purchased any other smoke supplies from them but theres a large variety. Some employees running the front part have no idea what they are selling when I inquired about a tobacco roller and attempted to use a Marlboro coupon.

This is the second time within 8 years that I visited the smoke shop. I never experienced the rudeness when I originally visited. I visited today 6/3/19.The lady who waited on me had no knowledge of the products that she was selling. She was unfriendly and gave better service to the Spanish speaking customers that immediately came in the store. She didn’t smile and acted as if I was holding her up. She told me to wait while she attended to them even though I was there first inquiring about shisha, charcoal and vapes. After she attended to their needs I then proceeded to ask her if they gave out military or police discounts. She said no. I can honestly say that I’ll take my business else where the customer service is good and the seller is knowledgeable about their products. That business actually could have made more money that day but I decided to make higher purchases elsewhere. I purchased one Starbuzz and 1 box of coco charcoal.
