I have used this pharmacy twice without using the drive through. Both times they told me that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. Both times I walked around the store for twenty minutes and both times they told me they were wrong and it would be an hour or two hours more. Go through the drive through if you have to come to this pharmacy.

The pharmacy employees is so rude and worst. They do not do the business when I want to get your advice and then they say I should go to another CVS locations.

The pharmacy is trash at this location, they never answer the phone and when they do they hang up. There's a reason why they have so many 1 star reviews.

If you have to call the pharmacy, forget about it! You will wait a long time for someone to answer. Service is terrible in person as well.

They usually have what I need, when I need it. I have a different CVS closer to me but when they’re out of stock, I go to this one and they’re always open, and more often than not, have what I need. Just by chance, I stopped by the Pharmacy to see if they could possibly fill my Dads prescription at this location because *surprise* they were out at my local one. They had enough to jumpstart my Dads antibiotics and get him on the road to recovery. I honestly wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised! Having a 24 hr Pharmacy sounds tough and I appreciate them helping me out last minute. Thank you so much!

I really hate this place every time it’s some thing. Please if I’ve been sitting in line for 20 minutes, don’t take my prescription and ask me to come back in 15 min…. So i have to wait in line AGAIN for 20 just so you can tell me you can’t fill my prescription and walk away rudely.

This is the worst cvs I have ever been. The people who work at the pharmacy have negative attitudes towards people. You ask them a simple questions about a medication, they will say they don’t know. They should not be working at a pharmacy if they don’t wanna help customers.

As most of us may be aware CVS, specifically the operation of its Pharmacies across the U.S has been convicted of fraudulent crimes ( among other frauds) over dispensing opioids for decades solely for the financial gain of its business operators. It is clear that as a result they have actually gone berserk paranoid and lying to achieve a reverse effect at once again patients lives to save their deplorable actions?. In my case I do not take meds, however, due a painful skin inflammation myDermatologist prescribed a 4oz topical oil to be applied once a day all over my body for 15 days. My physician prescribed 3 fills to fulfill my 2 week regimen. Well CVS decided on its own that I could only fill one every 2 weeks ?? They didn’t read my physician instructions? CVS said to me that it was my insurance’s decision to not cover. I called my insurance and they had no knowledge or records about the situation. CVS alone picked the 15 day refill not my doctor nor my insurance. Though I can pay without insurance and-or have my doctor contact CVS, as a matter of principal it is important I pursue CVS to specify its despicable behavior and treatment of its ´customers’ the pharmacy would hang up on me when asking for explanations, they clearly could or would not be truthful clearly demonstrating a deplorable behavior,, confused, pathetic, unethical and a risk to patients who need their medication to survive.CVS came up on its own with a 15 day refill ? A 15 day treatment is not a 15 day refill.This has been a source of stress and discomfort. My husband and I are moving to a professionally and ethically run Pharmacy.Annandale CVS is not one I would have evervisited in the 1st place were it not for its geographic.I am hoping this helps and answers why you were not treated as you should be ‘with the outmost kindness, respect, authenticity and total honesty.This is my first time provide a review because it is important to YOU not just I

If i can give lower than 1 star i want to because Pharmacy is very unprofessional with attitude. And at least put a sign that they are closed for lunch but don't even have any signs and I politely ask when are you guys open and asian girl gave me attitude. Changing to different Pharmacy. It seems like I have to beg for my medication to them.

Surely you should listen to the other reviewers: this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Yes, like another reviewer said, avoid this store if you can by every means! Staff here are very rude! They lie to you and say that your doctor changed the prescription if they don’t have the medicine! Surely they deserve negative 5 stars if possible!

This is a terrible pharmacy, do not use this one for prescriptions if you can avoid it. Their customer service is unhelpful at best and if you need to call them you will most likely get hung up on multiple times. Even when you are able to talk to someone, all they will do is tell you to go online to take care of things. Oftentimes the problem came from something going wrong on the site/app but then they say there is nothing they can do and you need to go online despite the fact that the site/app said to call the pharmacy to resolve the issue.If I could give this zero stars I would.

Do not use their pharmacy. Very incompetent employees and their line is always backed up. Can't fill prescriptions on time. When there's a problem, they don't even care to solve them. Absolute waste of time.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I will be home tomorrow. I called the pharmacist to ask to hold 2 prescriptions for another day, Hershey, the pharmacist said she could not. She said I could ask for them to be filled again. Why bother calling? No concept of customer service. Inexplicable and unacceptable. Unfortunately, our insurance requires using CVS, and this is closest to home. Awful.
