This is my go-to spot. If you work in the area, it is so convenient to just drop your car off and not worry about waiting around all day, by your break time you’ll get a call saying your car is ready.
I really trust them. They never try to get away with any scams or do more than is needed for no reason. They always go above and beyond, and even take the time to show me what they can done to parts of my car so that I can avoid certain situations with car parts later.
I really enjoy and trust this place, it is a shame not everyone has the experience that myself and my friends have when we bring our cars in. Speedy, knowledgeable, and kind workers at this place!

I’ve been there a couple of times, it was ok from the beginning then they charge more and more, maybe once they make me trust first then started cheating on me.
It is typical business strategy like other businesses. I have a receipt that i can prove it was overcharged.
I just don’t have to time to complaint. I can tell Bao is the only a good mechanic, but 2 men in the office are not good, especially cashier who always sitting by the window, he never greets, just trying to figure out how much $$$$ he can make from you. It would be so nice if they advise you what the problem is, what caused of the problem, and break down the price. Both of office man wearing uniform, they only write big numbers on receipts. These days we can find out from online all informations about cost of fees and parts.
So my best suggestion, try over there if you like to spend $$$$$
look for mobile auto care!!

If no star is possible, i would say none. They rejected me for a state inspection because I have tints. My car had the same tints on for 5 years and I’ve been coming to them for emission and safety inspection every single year. No longer will bring 4 of my cars to them for anything. I will spread the news to my family and friends about this incident to no longer support them(because in VA it’s an ADD-ON charge on top of the traffic violation)

Got my timing belt changed and months later I discovered my car is leaking oil. They would not fix the problem when I brought my car back. Would not recommend

This place has always been my mechanic of last resort. They will overlook things (like a repair on a tire that should really be replaced) not to mention they are famously lax on their VA safety inspections). Today I needed a new headlight. I have replaced a headlight bulb before but it is cold and raining and my hands have been acting up so I thought I would pop in and see if they could do it. Initially I was told they could and quoted a high price but I asked "can this happen now?" And I was assured it could so I thought "fine". 35 minutes goes by and I see a lot of confused staring at my car and eventually the guy comes in and says it's a lot more labor than they thought. Now it's $82 (before it was $48). I have changed the bulb on my own before so I know it's a surprising amount of work, that coupled with the rain, I probably would have paid up to $125 for this stupid bulb. Another 35 minutes goes by and now I'm told that they can't do it at all and I look through the window at my car and the antifreeze is hanging out of my car AND THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR IS OPEN. Everyone keeps telling me that "it's too hard. It's too much labor" and I am ready to blow my lid. The guy ends up charging me $10 and I give him two five dollar bills and say "thanks for leaving my door open". So now I am $10 lighter, I still don't have two working headlights AND I have a 4 hour drive tomorrow with a seat that I know will not be dry in time for my drive. F****** great. I am now on a one woman mission to stop anyone from going here. So far it's just my husband, myself and a neighbor. I am so angry.

Horrible service!!!! Went to get a emissions inspection.1. They did the wrong inspection,charged me2. Man who greeted me there, put his hand on me, pushing me away when i was trying to help him find the parking brake. Still grinding my brakes cause he wasnt getting it3. When i asked for a refund, was told to go to HellDONT GO TO THEM

The helped me fox my electrical issue on my 93' Mazda Miata. The gentleman who worked on had one himself! They are very fair, and knowledgeable. My family definitely will continue to go here!

Went to get car inspection. Said something was wrong but they could conveniently fix it for $250. Drove straight to another place and passed with no issues. Very suspicious.

Unfortunately my experience was bad, I went for to change the rotors last years after the service was done I told the guy the car still making same sound he said maybe the tires I trusted wait for while I went to the dealer for a diagnostic on my car they said the rotors aren't good at all spending about 400 hundred is lot even more if they don't do a good job make sure you check on that and you come back after 90 days. Not happy at all.
