Tried to force me to buy bottled water instead of giving me a cup of ice water. I'm already there paying for bowling, the least you can do is let me have a water. Awkwardly the bowling bill asks for a tip. This is independent of the server's tip.
Other locations are much better than this one for the most part, though I think the service is better here than in Sterling, for example.

A bit overpriced, more than 3 lanes were down with several balls stuck on the lane. The prize machine had issues for the Arcade. Also, $6 for soda is outrageous!

Extremely fun.. buy coupon on groupon. It will save you tons. They have deals for groups 2, 4, or 6 people for two hours with shoe rental included. More bang for your buck. Music is a hit too.

My experience was great. I had the opportunity to play the arcade games and enjoy unlimited bowling after 9 pm. My party had so much fun. I will say it gets really crowded, and at that point, it's time for me to go! The staff was very help and accommodating. That is a plus in my book. By all means, check it out!

We went bowling here for the first time this past weekend. Initially when researching this new bowling alley, (which seems to have bought up not only Annandale Lanes, which was a good tried and true; but many of the other bowling alleys in the area too); I was significantly put off by the price which was pretty much $33 per person for an hour of bowling- it seemed too high to me, and when I did research about how much bowling typically costs the highest price I saw was $25. And they did have a discount for 24% off if you did the reservation, but that just wasn't enough, and they charge you and it's separate 11 dollars for shoes- to be honest it is highway robbery and I don't like how these big chain corporations seem to be greedy and all about the money. Aside from that, the cost of food was reasonable and the food was good- we have mozzarella bites and street tacos, and it was only $12 to play pool per hour and they would charge you less if you did less. Pricing things that way would be great for the bowling too. The atmosphere was really nice, lots of colorful Neon Lights, mostly clean and updated enough - except for one ripped sofa- the staff were nice and friendly, there are plenty of lanes, a nice big bar and food area, and a large arcade- but I think the prices on that might be a little high too. I appreciate how the manager personally took us to our lane and asked us afterwards about our experience and seemed to be open to taking feedback. For instance, the smallest ball was a bit too heavy for me and my mom. It was not too crowded, air condition adequately, and plenty of seating - I'm sure it would be great for parties. They had a nice mix music for both the older crowd and the younger crowd, it was playing a bit too loud however. An hour and a half was plenty enough for three games, although my mom and I only got in two, but we had so much fun and a great time. The wait staff was also very helpful, they had screens you can order from, a good menu selection, big screen TVs with sports, and a nicely kept bathroom. The balls were also in good condition! Overall, my mom and and I had an awesome time, but that was mostly due to us and the staff not the pricing. Take note overhead/owner! Would go back there again if they have better prices or good discounts:-).

Floors not oiled. Pins kept dropping. If you bowl for sport, this is definitely not the place. If you bowl with a curve, good luck. Regretting paying for 3 games. After the first two throws, I knew it was money wasted. Corporate bowling alley at its best.

I dont know where to start. I very randomly was searching for a bar last minute alone and found myself walking into Bowlero. I met my Bartender Ryan and omg.. he is SOOO kind and SOOO professional. Always so attentive and checked up on me and asked if there was anything I needed. Super impressed with his level of attention and kindness! And then I randomly meet Chad the manager when I come out of the restoroom and asked how I was doing. Like what?! Okay, you guys are awesome! I will definitely be coming back here! I am in a league at the Burke location on Thursday evenings and will be periodically subbing for a separate league at this location on Tuesday nights. I cant wait!! Only sad thing is that Ryan doesn't work on Tuesday evenings.l! Guess I will have to come when he closes on Sundays! Thank you guys so much for the kindness and professionalism! You have definitely turned my what started as a sad night to a happy one!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Me and a friend of mine came to this location yesterday 08/24/2024 at around 12:45/1pm, there was a lady at the desk trying to get a charge dispute sorted and my friend and I waited patiently for at least 20 minutes and nobody spoke to us. As we are waiting in line a Caucasian couple came and stood in line behind us holding cupcakes and balloons, one of the staff came from around the desk and deliberately walked past my friend and I whom were first in line for service, didn’t even look our way or speak to us and helped the couple behind us. We stood there for at least 10 minutes after and still no one spoke to us even after the staff had finished helping the couple that came in behind us in line. I liked this location but I will not be coming back!

Perfect bowling alley. Just too expensive. There should be more kid friendly package experience that includes arcade credit with games and shoe rentals.
